My strength is self confident, learning agility, hardworking, team work. I can easily adopt any kind of environment these will help to form comfortable in my work. My weakness is I donot have any work expreience but inspite of that as I am fresher I am quite eager to learn ability will help to improve my work ability and work efficiency. My hobbies are cooking, playing with pet. My area of interest is relational database management system. My role model is my father he's self made person. I like him not only hardworking also I like my father positive attitude. My short term goal is to place in your organisation. My long term goal is to place a higher position in your organisation. Sir, as I am a fresher I am very much passionate to get into your company, I am very optimistic and strongly believe in hard work, I hate to procrastinate things, I am amiable, a good team player who can work strive day and night for the accomplishment of the work assigned. What are your strengths and weaknesses? My strength is hard work and positive thinking. I take both success and failure in same ways. Success encourages me to to achieve more and failure inspire me to work hard. My weakness is that I want perfection in all things sometimes I indulge so much to get perfection in a work that I lost focus from some other things. Why do you want to work at our company? It is a dream for every individual to start their carrier by working in a big reputed company. It is one of the growing company in India. Confidence means knowing yourself and environments and moving with your whole heart and mind and the person before you think you are outstanding. Eg. I can do my level best to do work perfectly. Overconfidence means always expecting best without checking your abilities and situations and the person before you can think you are boasting. Eg. I the only person can do this work perfectly.

    What is the difference between hard work and smart work? Hard Work: Hard work is for slogger who continues his one way path without eloquence and innovations, takes plethora time to achieve substantial outputs. Smart work: Smart work is for consistent Observer, active listener, Planner and implementor who combines Hard working abilities with smart tentative skills generating, affluent results. How do you feel about working nights and weekends? When I am are working for a company, it is more important for me to accomplish the task within the given deadline without thinking about my comfort. So that after completion of work I feel better that I have done something for the company.

    Can you work under pressure? Ya I can work under the pressure. Because I have flexible to adapt that situation. And I can learn more under the pressure. Then it will make me as a experinced person. That situation teach me to more new things. Are you willing to relocate or travel? Depending upon the demands of the organization if need to relocate or travel then I will do it without any hesitation, because my foremost goal is the betterment of my organization. What are your goals? To be very frank here my basic goal is to get this job. This is my short term goal but in a long term goal i want to contribute to my organisation and to grow my organisation. This will helped me to achieve my final goal with a valuable post in the company. What motivates you to do good job? My parents earning through hard and labourous work for my education, motivates me to do good job and fulfill my parents dream What makes you angry? Irresponsible behavior negative attitude and mostly selfishness make me angry. Give me an example of your creativity. It was my english class on that day, we had to speak about something in general for five minutes. When it was my turn I don't know what to talk about. So I started to talk about poverty in India. After my speech me and my friends decided to start a community to help the poor. We started a community in facebook. We received more replies from our friends and our relatives and this gave birth to our team called "ONLINE ORPHANAGE".

    How long would you expect to work for us if hired? As a young graduate it has been always my dream to be a part of your company.So if I am selected I would love to stay with your company as long as company needs me.

Sir/ madam as I understand hardworking and dedicated employees are an asset to any company and I will always put the best of my efforts to be one. What are your outside interests? My outside interests are gardening and watching news. Would you lie for the company? Sir, if it is beneficial for the organization and does not affect others, then I will lie and slso I will make sure that my lie should not affect the organisation in future. Who has inspired you in your life and why? To be very frank I will not use such a great word that I am a self motivated man or any word like that but yes I learned from my mistakes and still learning from it. According to me every person get inspired by some one its not necessary that it should be some great personality or any thing. Even sir newton was inspired by an apple that why it has been fallen down. So I got inspired by my life and my mistakes. What was the toughest decision you ever had to make? Toughest decision I had to make was between continuing my studies or doing job. Finally I choosed to do job and want to make use of my skill, talent ad qualification to become more experienced and knowledgeable.

    Have you considered starting your own business? Being a fresher i dont have much idea about that right now. Now i just want to improve my skills and experience in my field of working, later i will think about that sir. How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition? Success for me is self satisfaction.It is a state of mind when you feel that you have achieved what you intended for.It needs not to be big acomplishments even small things which give small time of happiness is success for me. If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work? Surely I will continue to work, because $10 million through lottery doesn't give any satisfaction but $100 through hard work gives a lot of satisfaction. Work is what that keeps us moving forward and adds meaning to one life. Tell me something about our company.
