    In order for Gyaneshwari Institute Teaching and Performing Arts to run smoothly and in the interest of fair competition, we require all contestants to observe a few simple rules:Please remember the following: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. Filmi /non filmi Composition will be allowed. There is no theme for audition & time limit is 02 minutes for solo/duet/group performances. Participants for classical theme are required to give the details about their respective Gharana and the details of the composition. Participants for western theme are required to give details about style of dance; they are performing, Like Hip-Hop, Salsa etc. Judges decision will be final. Participants bring their photocopy of any age proof . All participants must arrange their own CD (with only 1 song, which they are to perform) before their performance is to be presented. Pen-drive, Mp3 CDs, Laptops are not allowed. Please ensure to maintain decency during the performances & mention name and contact no. for further communication regarding the above program. List of participants should be attached separately with this entry form in case of Group performance with the name of group co-ordinator. Courtesy and proper language is required when dealing with other contestants, Gyaneshwari institute official and production staff. Contestants must always be punctual & no smoking, drugs or alcoholic beverages. No Family members and friends will be allowed without official permission during the entire show period. Contestants will not be allowed to make phone calls during all rehearsals. You may bring your cell but it must remain in the off or silent mode. No family, friends, coaches, personal helpers etc. will be allowed at any time for any reason. No one except contestants and Gyaneshwari Institute officials will be allowed on stage or backstage. Anyone in violation will be escorted out by security. No contestants nor his family or friends can communicate with the judges or their guests. Any contact or communication to the judges by the contestant himself or in his name may result in his immediate disqualification from the show, solely at the discretion of Gyaneshwari Institute. Any misconduct, non observance the rules or disrespect by a contestant may result in immediate disqualification from the show, solely at the discretion of Gyaneshwari Institute. We want to remind you that any infringement of the rules, including the age eligibility and marital status requirements, will result in immediate disqualification from the contest. No fees adjustment in any case. Name once given cannot be taken back. Participants should take care of their own make-up & transportation. Institute will not be providing these facilities. All performance should be in proper costume. For final round costume must be shown to the undersigned by 18 Aug2013 (Sunday). Participants should report to the venue half-an-hour before schedule time.
