    Contributionsto RPVCshallbeallocatedbythefollowingformula: 1. Individuals and non-multicandidate PACs-The first$2,600 will go toRPFS's primary account. The next $5,000 will go to RANDPAC's account. The next $2,600 will go to RPFS's general account. 2. MulticandidatePACs-The first$5,000 will go to RPFS's primary account. The next $5,000 will go to RANDPAC's account. The next $5,000 will go toRPFS's general account.

    Notwithstanding this allocation formula, a contributor may designate a contribution for specific participant. In addition,the allocationformula may change if any contribution would exceed federal contribution limits. Contributions to RPVC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals are prohibited. Federal law requires us to collect and report the name,mailing address,occupation,and name ofemployer of each contributor whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year (RANDPAC) or election cycle (RPFS).
