Previous knowledge: Students have already learned about kenaf plant in previous lesson. Stage 1 Set Induction (5 minutes)

Activate students prior knowledge. - Teachers question: What is this? -

1.1 Teacher asks one male students to come in front of the class. 1.2 Tell them that is a boy (singular). 1.3 Teacher waits for student responses (understand the example given by teacher) and asks 2 or 3 female students to come in front. 1.4 Teacher tells them that are plural(girls) 1.5 Teachers question. If there are 2 or more boy what itll become? 1.6 Teacher gives another example of singular and plural. 1.7 Teacher tells the topic for todays lesson. 1.1 Teacher shows the vocabulary to students. 1.2 Teacher pronounces the words shown. 1.3 Teacher asks students to read after teacher. 1.4 Teacher explains the words and the meaning. 1.5 Teacher gives the handout to the students and pastes the mah-jong paper on the board. 1.6 Teacher reads the sentences shown on the blackboard. 1.7 Teacher explains about singular and plural to the students. Stage 2 Presentation (25 minutes)

Stage 3 Practice & Production (25 minutes)

Activity 1 Practice on writing.

3.1 Teacher distributes the worksheets to students. 3.2 Teacher asks students to change the words according to the instruction given in the worksheets. 3.3 Teacher checks the answers together with the students. 3.4 Teacher distributes other worksheets to students. 3.5 Teacher asks the students to change the underlined words to the correct answers.

3.6 Teacher discusses the answers with the students. Stage 4 Consolidation & Extension ( 5 minutes) Closure 4.1 Teacher asks students to stand up and give them question about singular and plural. 4.2 sentence patterns: - define singular - define plural 4.3 Teacher gives students word and get them to change it to plural term.
