This is to inform the CONTRACTOR that SAUDI ARAMCO conducted a series of interview, assessment and written evaluation test to the following proposed HSE Staff and with corresponding results below;

CONTRACTOR is advised to resubmit the CV once
employee totally enrolled at NEBOSH courses as proof. Documents to be rout for review to SA. 2 Mr. Hamza HSE Officer Accepted with one (1) year probation, Employee Arshad is recommended to take the following safety trainings such as IOSH MS, OSHA 30 hours, H2S Safety, First Aid/BLS, Excavation/Confined Spaces and Working at Heights as required during his probationary period. Employee is reminded to complete the recommended safety trainings as a pre-requisite on his final acceptance/approval, failure to do so SAUDI ARAMCO may revoke his acceptance on a given period. 3 Mr. Muhammad HSE Officer Accepted with one (1) year probation, Employee is Bin Yamin recommended to take the following safety trainings such as IOSH MS, OSHA 30 hours, H2S Safety, First Aid/BLS, Excavation/Confined Spaces and Working at Heights as required during his probationary period. Use 4 Mr. Zain UI HSE Officer Accepted with one (1) year probation, Employee Abedin is recommended to take the following safety trainings such as OSHA 30 hours, H2S Safety, First Aid/BLS, Excavation/Confined Spaces and Working at Heights as required during his probationary period. Employee is reminded to complete the recommended safety trainings as a pre-requisite on his final acceptance/approval, failure to do so SAUDI ARAMCO may revoke his acceptance on a given period. 5 Mr. Mohammed HSE Officer Not accepted, employee doesn’t have a NEBOSH Sarih Alessa IGC qualification- fails to comply at CSM-CSAR section 8.5.

Employee is reminded to complete the recommended safety trainings as a pre-requisite on his final acceptance/approval, failure to do so SAUDI ARAMCO may revoke his acceptance on a given period. 7 Mr. Mazhar Iqbal HSE Officer Accepted with one (1) year probation, Employee is recommended to take the following safety trainings such as IOSH MS, H2S Safety, First Aid/BLS, Excavation/Confined Spaces and Working at Heights as required during his probationary period. Employee is reminded to complete the recommended safety trainings as a pre-requisite on his final acceptance/approval, failure to do so SAUDI ARAMCO may revoke his acceptance on a given period. 8 Mr. Mohammad HSE Officer Accepted with one (1) year probation, Employee Ozair is recommended to take the following safety trainings such as OSHA 30 hours, H2S Safety, First Aid/BLS, Excavation/Confined Spaces and Working at Heights as required during his probationary period. Employee is reminded to complete the recommended safety trainings as a pre-requisite on his final acceptance/approval, failure to do so SAUDI ARAMCO may revoke his acceptance on a given period.
In accordance to SAUDI ARAMCO Construction Safety Manual-CSAR of 4.5-M page 8, the SAPO reserves the right to require the CONTRACTOR to replace the HSE manager, HSE officer or HSE

Use supervisor, or any HSE staff to revoke his acceptance or approval whose work is deemed unacceptable or if they fail to demonstrate their expertise in implementing the SAUDI ARAMCO standards and other related safety requirements stipulated in the Contractual obligation Schedule D.
