1. Study the order requirements once received

2. Check which supplier is suitable to do each item with the


required specifications and offer the best prices.

3. Handover the order requirements to the suppliers and


discuss it with them for a quotation and negotiate the prices.

4. Managing the development and sampling process.

5. Place the order and follow up the production by conducting


inline audits for quality assurance.

6. Perform FRI (Final Random Inspection) if required.

7. Check and revise all the required documents before


shipping.
