EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The purpose of this internship report is to Describe my technical internship at

S4U Technologies Bengaluru On Programming Languages by using CSS,DHTML
and XML on Web Based GUI Platform. My internship enabled me to Enhance my
technical skills learned and honed throughout the program in a professional setting
and to products and applications used in the business area.
There is a total different environment when we compare to academic course

outcome with internship work in internship work we gain a knowledge on different
work and activities involved in corporate sector they have separate design
development and maintained branches .Each branch have their own set of profiles to
do work accordingly we gain knowledge on company activities to develop a client
based application by involving in teams and we also gain knowledge on our
communication skills within a organization and meetings conducted by within the
companies.
This internship gives us a confidence to utilize my programming skills into the

development of real time project.

It’s a real time application developing for a client with automation our client
project involved using sensors to track employee, student, staff during working hours
and integrate Biometric,GPS trackers devices where ever necessary in our project
have an advanced features that any other software does not have and it contains
advanced filters, it generates reports according to end users.

3.8 Resource utilization and intern personal skills

The past months of my internship have been very instructive for me. S4U
Technologies has offered me opportunities to learn and develop myself in many areas.
I gained a lot of experience, especially in the event of database coding. A lot of the
tasks and activities that I have worked on during my internship are familiar with what
I’m studying at the moment. I worked in many areas where I did different work. This
gave me the chance to find out which areas I want work in after my education. The
area that I found most interesting is Implementation process. By developing a code for
database, I had to do lots of search where I had to find the best way of my coding
skills. I learned many things about Implementation process by using and learning
about social media tools.
As a bonus, I got to experience the event implementation process. I learned
how the company activities occur. I also learned how the administrational process
occurs by maintaining contact with the venue, vendors and sponsor partners.
Before my internship started my ideas did not match the experiences have gained
during my internship. There is a big difference in the school projects and the tasks and
activities during the actual work. In school we learn how to describe the work in
projects, where in work you learn how to implement them in reality. This internship
was definitely an introduction to the actual work field for me. I have learned to work
in a business organization and apply my knowledge into practice. I learned a lot from

the different interns that I have been working with during my internship. Each intern
had a different educational background and that made it interesting for me. By
working with them I got to learn from them and become aware educational
background.
3.8.1 Advantages of Doing Internship

Finding work can be a real challenge, especially if you don't have any
experience. Yet to get experience you must first find a job. It's a nasty catch that can
be difficult to get around but an internship is a good way to do it. Internships
provide work experience opportunities to university students, recent graduates and
people considering career changes. Employers are willing to hire interns with little or
no experience, especially if the intern is willing to accept little or no monetary
compensation. However, the benefits of doing an internship go far beyond your pay
cheque.
3.8.2 Gain Valuable Work Experience

An internship provides the opportunity to gain hands on work experience that
you just can’t get in the classroom. First time job seekers and career changers aren’t
usually desirable candidates, but companies are willing to train them as interns and
give them the experience they would need to get a job.
3.8.3 Have an Edge in the Job Market

Employers are usually more concerned with your work experience than your
qualifications and internships are often the only way to get the work experience you
need to secure a job, so they're a vital part of your resume. Many employers prefer or
require applicants who have done an internship or relevant work experience and in
many of the more competitive job markets it is essential to set you apart from the
others.
3.8.4 Transition into a Job

Employers see interns as prospective employees and many finish
their internships and continue working with the company full time. Internships are
the number one way for employers to find new staff in the US. Think of it as a really
long interview, after which you’ve proved that you are a capable and hardworking

employee. Just as you’re giving the industry and the company a trial run, they’re
doing the same for you.
3.8.5 Decide if this is the Right Career for You

If you’re not sure if this is the right career for you, doing an internship is a
great way to try it out. Internships are generally short-term, so you can test your
future career without committing and find out if it is a career that will satisfy you.
3.8.6 Networking Opportunities
Internships are a great way to meet people in your field. Even if you have
experience, knowing people never hurts. An internship allows you to meet people
who might help you land a job later on and give you the contacts in the industry
you’re trying to break into. Plus, references from people in the industry will really add
weight to your application.
3.8.7 Apply Classroom Knowledge
An internship can be seen as the pinnacle of your undergraduate education and

give you the chance to use the skills you've learned in the classroom in a real-world
setting. It’s a chance to prove the worth of your qualifications and to show that you
can perform in the role you've been given.
3.8.8 Gain Confidence
Getting experience is a great way to build your confidence. What's more, if

you have an impressive resume, you will be more confident in your chances of
securing a job. After you’ve done an internship, if an interviewer asks if you know
how to do something, you won’t say “um, yes, I think I would be able to do that" but
can say “absolutely" and supplement your assertion with examples.

We gain knowledge on new and trending technologies according to real world we

have participated in code development for bootstrap,js,css,HTML5. Again we came to
know how to do verification and validation for client requirements.

There is a total different environment when we compare to academic course
outcome with internship work in internship work we gain a knowledge on different
work and activities involved in corporate sector they have separate design
development and maintained branches .Each branch have their own set of profiles to
do work accordingly we gain knowledge on company activities to develop a client
based application by involving in teams and we also gain knowledge on our
communication skills within a organization and meetings conducted by within the

During internship Communication Challenges Anything that interferes with

communication can lead to a misinterpretation of your message. However, various
factors can interfere specifically with your ability to communicate verbally with your
patients. Patients such as the hearing impaired, some intellectually disabled
individuals, or a patient who does not speak your language pose challenges for verbal
communication, possibly requiring the use of a translator. Speaking may be difficult
for a patient who has suffered a stroke or stuttersbadly.In addition to these
considerations, communication must be geared toward a patient’s ability to
understand. This often means substituting basic terms for challenging medical terms
that could confuse some people. Even if a coworker is translating for you, you can’t
assume that a fellow employee unfamiliar with your specific field will understand
your use of technical terms. You may want to simplify your language for both the
translator and the patient.
