HR DEPARTMENT

Competence, Awareness and Training


Pac has determined the necessary competence for personnel performing work affecting product quality and necessary records are maintained under employee history card. Requirement of training are identified as per established under training procedure and trainings are provided. Evaluation of training effectiveness is done and wherever actions are required, the same is initiated as per training procedure.

Training
PAC has established procedure for identifying training needs and achieving competency of all personnel performing activities affecting Quality. Personnel performing specific assigned task are qualified on the basis of education, training, skills and experience, as required. Records of training are maintained. During the course of training need identification, it is ensured that customer specific requirements are understood and special attention is given to satisfying these needs.

Training on Job
PAC has identified various on the job training and it is being provided as described in training procedure. Further, PAC provides on the job training for personnel in any new or modified job affecting product quality including contract or agency personnel. Personnel affecting quality or informed about the consequences to the customer of Nonconformance to quality Requirements.

EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION AND EMPOWERMENT


PAC has established the following procedure for Motivation of employees Suggestion Suggestions with respect to improve quality and to achieve quality objectives are invited from all Employees. Suggestion BOX is provide at each Department to Drop their Suggestions. Every day before Starting Production they first check all the suggestion Boxes. If there are any suggestions, they try to implement it. If any best suggestion is there which can be implemented, Then there will be Cash award of RS.200 to that person who has given the suggestion. Incentive Scheme An effective scheme is introduced in the organization and incentive will be given to those employees who achieved quality production. The scheme is called Production Incentive Scheme Attendance Bonus To motivate the Employees, Attendance Bonus Scheme is introduced in the Organization and those who attend full working Days in a month will be eligible for the attendance Bonus. Apart from this, once in an Year there will be Sports day for Workers. Also there will be annual Meet at the Time of Dassera Festival every Year where bonus, uniform, sweet boxes will be given to the workers. Yearly 2 sets of uniform will be given to all the employees during that time. The Company is spending nearly 10lakh to provide uniforms, Gloves, Helmets and other safety materials. Further to the above schemes, Employee satisfaction survey mainly concentrating on satisfaction with respect to work, quality, resources, infrastructure etc is also conducted once in a year and ensures satisfaction of the employees. The necessary records are maintained by HOD training.

The staff information of this organization is as follows. There are 325 members working in all departments, this include security members and transportation. Among them 81 are permanent workers and rest of all is on contract basis. The workers are recruited according to the increase of production capacity. The recruitment procedure is direct. The IIT or diploma holders are preferred most if not at least they should have perceived SSLC. The managers and HOD s are qualified engineers. The recruitment will undergo in plant training at the beginning and they are transferred to required departments.

Retirement Benefits
An employee after attaining 58 years retires from service. An option of voluntary retirement is given to employees after attaining the age of 55 years. At the time of retirement the employee is provided with benefits of Gratuity, Provident Fund, and leave encashment.

MARKETING & SALES DEPARTMENT


PAC has no such as marketing department, but there are 5 people in sales department who are in charge of marketing. The Company has a good market share as there are the only company produces valve sears for particular companies like Hero Moto, TATA, Mahindra, Arrow Engines, Auto Parts and Hoe Leong Corporation. The Company never got any rejection on their lot since today Company marketers are taken part in Auto Mechanic Exhibit held in Frankfort, automobile trade held in Australia, Auto Expo held in Delhi. PAC is confident about its product and on the employees dedication it is confident on taking on any competition, because of their record of no rejection. The Company says there is no competition for them till now except one in Germany which is neglected.

FINANCE DEPARTMENT
Finance department of PAC has a well structured approach to raise funds and has got a systematically designed system for undertaking projects and investments, which prove to be profitable venture for the continued progress of the Company in order to go forward with its normal and smooth functioning, without facing the problem of insolvency and Bankruptcy            20 members equity share Holder including 5 Directors Share capital of company is 12.5 Crore Paid Up Capital of Company is 11.5 Crore Bank of India Has given loan to PAC and they are paying installments monthly Total Fixed assets are growth rs 14 Crore Current Assets 8 Crore Current liability 5 Crore Company makes all of its sales on credit basis Major Creditors are Kango Formie of Bombay, Osval alloys of Banglore, Saragoa of Goa PAC uses Tally Software The Company will do internal audit every month but the final audit once in a year; last year company paid an income tax 1.5Crore

QUALITY CONTROL LAB / DEPARTMENT


The quality control department in PAC is primarily concerned with ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages  The QC is concerned with controlling the quality of product related to internal departments like machine shop, heat treatment shop, and Foundry  The quality Control activities are aimed at ensuring the quality of products to be dispatched  QC is the process of measuring different characteristics of components as mentioned in inspection plan and is carried out by instruments and Gauges which are traceable to national and international Standards  The QC Lab is equipped with suitable instruments and Qualified Personnel to assure quality standards
