    Dear Mr. Rizman,

    We are pleased to appoint you as "Interior Designer and Project head", In Royal
    Country Homes Pvt. Ltd. with effect from 25 th May 2019.Your initial place of posting will be
    Vrindavan, reporting to the Director.Your employee code is RCHPL/004.

    Congratulations and welcome to Royal Country Homes family.

    The terms and conditions of your employment with Royal Country Homes Pvt. Ltd are as
    follows:

    1. Compensation and Benefits:

    Your base salary in Rs 22500/- per month.

    You will be entitled to a House Rent Allowance (HRA) of 11250/- per month.

    You will be paid a Conveyance Allowance of Rs. 3200/- per month.

    You will be paid a special Allowance of Rs. 8050/- per month.

    2. Probation:

    You will be on approbation period for six months from the date of your joining services. On
    the completion of this probation period, you will be deemed to be confirmed, unless the
    Company extends your probation, in writing, within a month from the date of completing six
    months in the organization. In case your probation is not extended within the said period,
    you will be automatically considered Confirmed employee and noletterto that effect will be
    issued.
    3. Retirement Age:

    The retirement age is 58.

    4. Leave Rules:

    You will be eligible for leave sin accordance with Company' sleeve rules, in force from time to
    time.

    5. Place of work:

    Your place of work will be at Vrindavan. However, you will be liable to be transferred to
    any of the company's Establishment/ Works in India, as and when required by the
    management.

    6. Disputes:

    Any dispute between yourself and the Company concerning or relating to orarising out of
    this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of and be determined by a court of
    competent jurisdiction in Noida only.

    7. Other Matters:

    a) You will devote your whole time, attention and ability to the affair soft the Company.
    b) You are to treat as strictly confidential the affair soft the Company and its customers of
    which you may be cognizant.
    c) You are not to interest yourself in any business or do any trading on your
    account.

    8. Termination of contract:

    This contract may be terminated at any time by either party by giving 7 days notice in
    writing to the other during probation period and1months notice after being confirmed in the
    employment.

    Breach on your part of any terms and conditions of this contract and any other rules made
    applicable to you in respect of your employment with us will entail termination of your
    employment without notice.

    9. General:

    It is mandatory on your part to sign the "Terms & Conditions" enclosed herewith, and accepting
    the same.

    Please confirm that the above terms & conditions are acceptable to you and that you accept
    the appointment by signing a copy of this letter of appointment.
