Flawless printing in perfecting mode. The future-oriented impression

cylinder jacket excels by its extremely fine-textured surface structure for
a matchless printing quality in perfecting mode. Thanks to this exclusive
perfecting technology by Heidelberg, even the most demanding types of
paper and printing jobs can be processed without noticeable differences
in quality. This results in minimized wash up times and excellent printing
quality in perfecting mode.

Maintenance tips. To maximize the jackets life expectancy, clean the jackets
manually with a suitable wash once per shift. Then wipe clean with a damp
cloth. Never apply excessive pressure during manual cleaning and never use a
mechanical aid (e.g. spatulas). See also the cleaning guideline booklet which
comes with a new jacket.

Cleaner guidelines. Must have a flash point above 130ºF. No acetone in

contents. Less than 1% aromatic compounds. No abrasive compounds.
Must have a pH value between 5.0 to 9.0.
