What is a
Product?
A product is
anything that
can be offered
to a market that
might satisfy a
want or need.
Every product has...

A customer who is a: A producer who receives a core


benefit through:
Consumer: Anyone who gets value from your

product, whether or not they pay for it.
Cost decrease or avoidance
Buyer: Anyone who pays for your product,
Societal benefit
whether or not they use it
