    Procedure Dip and Pay


    1) Buyer first provides ICPO
    2) Seller provide CI buyer signs
    3) Seller provide buyer DTA MATB ATV
    4) After the buyer passes the sampling and testing, the seller provides the document of the
    ownership of the goods.
    5) Seller & Buyer sign NCNDA/IMPFA ( if any)
    6) The seller transfers the right to the goods after receiving the payment
    from Buyer. ( MT103/TT )
    7) After the Payment complete and title transfer, seller will pay according to IMPFA.
    8) Process End.
