Product Safety Culture Survey
Product Safety Culture Survey
Product Safety Culture Survey
A new requirement within the BRC standard is for the company to be able
to define and maintain a clear plan for the development and continuing
improvement of a product safety and quality culture.
As part of this process, we are asking staff to complete a Product Safety &
Quality Culture survey. This survey will be completed by all staff within the
company throughout the course of the year. The survey will be
anonymous, and any feedback greatly appreciated.
At our next BRC audit we will need to show the results of the survey to the
auditor. During the BRC audit the auditor may also ask staff at what point
they had completed the survey how they felt about completing the survey.
Please can you complete the attached survey, being as honest as possible,
and add any comments that you feel are relevant.
The completed survey can be placed in the survey box within the canteen.
Please return the survey by …………
Thank you in advance for you help, on what is now a new requirement
within the BRC standard.
