Wholesale Account Request


Thank you for receiving the call. I'm calling you today to ask if you allow wholesale account
creation, or reselling of your products. Please let me know if you're the right person to talk to in
this regard or kindly just direct my call to the sales department.

Do you happen to sell on Amazon by any chance?

Amazon is one of the many marketplaces that we sell our products to. And we also sell on our
own corporate sites.

Yes, we do allow reselling of our products, would you be interested?

Yes, I’d be glad If you could tell me your criteria, I may be able to fulfill them.

I seem to not be able to match those criteria, so can you please give me a list of your wholesale
suppliers instead?

{in most cases, brands have huge criteria set for wholesale account approvals, so you may not be able to
fulfill it, so you should ask for authorized suppliers just in case}

Not Allowing
No, we don’t allow wholesale accounts, nor do we allow our products to be resold on 3 rd party
marketplaces.

I understand that you don’t allow your products to be resold, but can you please tell me about
the sellers who are currently reselling your products on amazon?

They are doing so without our permission.

I understand that you aren't allowing your products to be resold by anyone, But I went through
your Amazon listings, and they seemed to have a lot of negative reviews. As well as unanswered
questions and seems like no one's taking care of it.

Not Interested
As we already told you, we are not allowing any account creations at this time.

Just to make sure that I understand your answer. You're telling me that you don't want to learn
how we helped other brands solve their Amazon related issues once they authorized us.

Oh really? What may you be referring to?

Several of your products on Amazon, several of those listings have a lot of negative reviews, and
the current sellers aren't really taking care of it. Unlike most Amazon Sellers who don't add
value to your brand, our company goal is to become a trusted adviser and an authorized seller,
and we have several great references in this regard as well. Do you think that's something your
company would want to know more about?

covers our analysis of the following points:

could be improved.

Like this we can add value to your brands Amazon presence as well. Do you think this is
something that one of your management team would want to see? If so, would you please help
me contact them for a short call so we can discuss a few questions before you invest the time in
having our analyst to create the report? I assure you that the report created will be beneficial
for you.

We already have a lot of sellers that we are working with, so we are not taking any more offers.

If they ask for Brick-and-Mortar Store


We don’t allow our products to be sold on third party marketplaces.

So, do you allow your products to be sold in brick-and-mortar stores?

Yes, we do. Do you happen to have any brick-and-mortar stores?

We do have warehouses in the state of {mention the state your 3pl is in}. We mainly sell on our
website and ship directly from our warehouses.

{instead of giving a direct “NO” as an answer, tell them about your 3pl warehouses, without mentioning
the involvement of a 3pl}
