Roles &Responsibilities
• Meeting targets with regards to Quantity, Quality and Delivery requirements.

• Analyzing the hardcore problems and make the solutions through hardware and software.
• Develop methods and systems, for addressing potential quality issues and for smooth functioning of
production.
• Resource planning for the projected target. Manpower management and effective utilization of
allocated resources.
• Maintain 5S+1 discipline on shop floor an ensure safety of Men, Material and Machines.
• Short term and Medium-term planning and budgeting and meeting company goals and objectives in
manufacturing operations
• SPOC for Customers for any specific support and escalations
• Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, evaluate and manage the various functions which includes
Production, Installation, Testing, Execution, Quality, PDM, Planning, Procurement, Process, Quality
and Logistics in the organization for day-to-day hassle-free operations.
• Risk Management - Oversee organizational day to day operations. Volumes demand Vs Actual
capabilities and aligning as per demand, ensure health and Safety standards are met.
• To establish and manage new repair projects such as NPI (New Product Implementation) & TPI
(Transfer Product Implementation) with in stipulated time-period.
• To conduct Cycle Time study and define capacity target for the Repair Lines. Review the existing
Process and deploying New and Revised Processes as and when required
• Documentation & and maintain the standards of QMS/EMS/OHSAS requirements. Internal & external
Audit management.
• Responsible for initiating and implementing CAR/PAR/5D/8D for non-compliances, product, and
process failures as and when required.
• Making FMEA and addressing Risk events in Projects.
• Preparation of reports and regular review presentation with all measures like TAT, Delivery on time,
FPY & Final Yields, No customer complaints, customer return, Internal & external Audit compliance.
• Good knowledge of Installation, Testing, Troubleshoot and repair skill on Cisco products (Servers,
switches, Chassis, IP phones, Wireless modems)
