    1. The above room rates are applicable on per room per night and are inclusive of buffet breakfast.
    2. Above Room Rate is subject to 12% GST within the rate slab of INR 2500 -7500, Anything above INR 7500
    18% GST would be incurred on Room Rate.
    3. 12 Noon check in and check out while every effort will be made, please note that late checkout and early
    check in is subject to availability. Check out after 12 Noon will be charged, which will be billed.
    4. The room tariff is exclusive of airport transfer. However should you require any further assistance for the
    same please feel free to contact Hotel Duty-Manager at?
    5. May we request you to guarantee your reservation against advance payment. That will be a non-refundable.
    6. Companies with credit facility can guarantee reservations by sending a billing letter duly signed by an
    authorized person.
    7. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to cancel non- guaranteed reservations after 18:00Hrs on the day
    of arrival.
    8. Extra person will be charged Rs. 1250 + tax with buffet breakfast only.
    9. All foreign nationals including non-resident Indians shall be charged in Indian Rupees.
    10. The guests are requested to carry valid Address ID PROOF (Addhar card/Voter Id/ Driving license/Passport)
    along with them at the time of arrival to the Hotel.
    11. Any other promotional offer cannot be clubbed together with these rates.
    12. In case of any cancellation or amendment of confirmed reservations within 48hrs prior to the Arrival will
    attract one-night retention charges.
