    by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and hold valid registration for appearing in Intermediate Examination to be held in . November, 2023
    2. I declare that I am eligible to appear in the Intermediate Examination as I have passed the PEE-I / Foundation /Entrance Examination and have completed eight months studycourse in Intermediate; Or
    3. I have passed the Common ProficiencyTest (CPT) as well as Senior Secondary(10+2) Examination or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto bythe Central Govt. and have registered for Intermediate on or
    before 1st March 2023 ; Or
    4. I had alreadyregistered for the erstwhile Intermediate Examination as per syllabus under Paragraph 2 or 2Aof Schedule B of Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988 or Professional Education (Course II) under
    sub-regulation (1) of regulation 28Aor Professional Competence Course under Regulation 28 C of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988 and have alreadyconverted into the Intermediate; Or
    5. I registered for Intermediate course/ATC under the Direct EntryScheme, under the Graduate/Post Graduate categoryand completed/would be completing 9 months of article ship including 8 months of studycourse as
    on 1st November, 2023 ; Or I converted to Intermediate under the Direct EntryScheme, under the Graduate/Post Graduate categoryfrom erstwhile Intermediate or PCC or IPCE or Intermediate (IPC) and
    completed/would be completing 9 months of articleship( including 8 months of studycourse) as on 1st November, 2023 ; Or
    6. I registered for Intermediate under Direct Entry Scheme, having passed the Intermediate level examination of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India/The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, on or before

    7. I converted to Intermediate from erstwhile Intermediate/PE-II/PCC /IPCE or Intermediate (IPC), under the Direct Entry Scheme, having passed the Intermediate Level examination of The Institute of Company
    Secretaries of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and completed/would be completing 8 months of study course, as on 1st November, 2023 ; Or
    8. I registered for erstwhile Intermediate (IPC) course through CPT route and appeared in the erstwhile Intermediate (IPC) Examination in one or both groups but did not qualify both the groups or either of the groups
    and converted to erstwhile Intermediate (IPC) under the Direct Entry Scheme and now converted to Intermediate and commenced / would be commencing practical training on or before 30th September, 2023
