Look at the pictures and read the sentences given below:

Do they play in the school? When does Rati play? How does he fly in air?
Here, in these sentences, Do, When and How are used to ask the questions.
Also, each sentence has ended with a question mark (?). These sentences
are interrogative sentences.
Hence, an interrogative sentence is used to aska question.
Now, look at the following examples:
(a) Do you like cofee?
Yes, I do. or No, I don't.
(b) Does she have apurse?
Yes, she has. or No, she hasn't.
(c) Dowe play?
Yes, you do. or No, you don't.

Read and compare the following sentences:

Interrogative Sentences
Look at the pictures and read the sentences given below:

How will you celebrate Shall we become friends Will you go outside?
your birthday? again?
Here, in these sentences, How, Shall and Will are used to ask the questions.
These sentences are interrogative sentences and these sentences end with
a question mark (?).
Hence, an interrogative sentence is used to ask a question.

Beside or Besides
Beside means next to something or someone.
For example- Rimi's house is beside the park.
This sentence can also be written as-Rimi's house is next to the park.
Beside can mean
in addition to For example-Besides cricket, Ilike to play football.
apart from For example-Besides mangoes, I like all other fruits.
also, as well as For example-Rukhsana came late to class besides
forgetting her history book at home.
