 DAY 0: Bangalore to Gokarna
Meet at the designated starting point in
Bangalore and travel to Gokarna in tempo
traveler or Mini bus with push back seats.

Pick Up Timings:

07:00 PM - Indiranagar
07:30 PM - Domlur
08:30 PM - Yeshwanthpura
08:40 PM - Goraguntepal
DAY 1: Dandeli Sightseeing
Reach Home Stay and freshen up.
Have your breakfast Reach the Dandeli & enjoy
the water activities ( Self Sponsored).
Reach backwaters where Kali water is stored at
the back of Supa dam.
Make a trip to backwater in the evening to have
memorable sunset beauty Reach to the
campsite.
Enjoy the campfire followed by activities.
After dinner retire for the night (in rooms or
tents depending on the weather) .
DAY 2: Local Sightseeing
Wake up early the next day, have your delicious
breakfast Visit Murudeshwara, Apasarakonda Falls and
Eco Beach Honnavara, after sightseeing will come back
to our Beach side stay.
Check in to Campsite on the Nirvana Beach,
Kumta/Gokarna.
Savour the delectable snacks and Special dinner served
at the Camp stay.
Also, Bonfire, Music Arrangements, Lightning reserved
for the latter part of the day.
DAY 3: Hanging Bridge | Departure
Wake up early the next day, have your
delicious breakfast again, and check out
from the stay.
Visit Honnavara Boating , Mangrove walk ,
Kumsi Hanging Bridge and Jog falls.
Return to Bangalore.
DAY 4: Reach Bangalore

Reach Bangalore by morning.

Bid an adieu to your fellow travelers turned
into good friends with a promise to catch up
soon and plan a trip again with Craveyarta.

Any cost arising due to the calamities like landslides,

roadblocks, etc. (to be borne directly by the
customer on the spot)

Any personal expense like tip to the driver, entry to

monuments/monasteries, camera/video charges,
laundry, telephone bills, Heater etc.

Any kind of food & beverages that is not included in

the package like Alcohol, mineral water, meals /
refreshments lunch on the highway

Any personal Expenses / Adventure activities

 Payment Process
Participants may perform the payments in two installments
Instalments will taken as a registration fees, which will be
30% of the total amount of the package and will be non
refundable.
Second instalment has to be submitted before 5 days of your
travelling date, containing 70% of the total amount of the
package.
Please make the full payment of the trip 5 days before the
departure for a hassle free experience.

All guests must carry a Govt issued Valid ID Card.
Only campers staying with Craveyatra will be allowed in the campsite and if
you intend to bring guests from outside, you’ll have to Pre- notify us.
The availability of hot water is not promised.
Slots at the campsite will be confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
Management accepts no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any
personal property during the tour.
In case of any breakdown or in delay due to the breakdown of the transport
on the way, you would have to wait until the transport gets repaired. No
backup transport would be provided.
Craveyatra is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or
indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents,
weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incident.
Craveyatra is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to
traffic, sightseeing/activities of the day may get cancelled if we don’t reach
the destination on time.
The trip organizer/coordinator has complete right to change the itinerary as
per the on-the-spot conditions.
Please cooperate with us in keeping the environment clean and safe.
Registrations/Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or
refunded
Travel Insurance in not included in the package. The organizer/camp in-
charge are well -trained and experienced personnel, thus carry rights for
seating and other arrangements during the transfer. Any kind of
misbehavior won't be entertained, which can lead to detention of the
candidate.
Pictures shown of the properties are for representation purpose only, actual
property may vary from the pictures shared during the booking process.

 Declaration Form/Indemnity clause
By booking a trip with us, you acknowledge that you accept all the terms and
conditions described in this Agreement.
PARTICIPANTS AGREEMENT, RELEASE, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK:

1. I Understand travelling/stay with Craveyatra Travels Pvt Ltd may involve risks above and beyond those encountered on a more conventional holiday,
and that I am undertaking an adventure trip with inherent dangers. I understand I am travelling to geographical areas where, amongst other things,
the standard of accommodation, transport, safety, hygiene, cleanliness, medical facilities, telecommunications and infrastructure development may
not be of the standard that I am used to at home or would find on conventional holiday. I am not having any pre-existing medical condition and I am
physically fit to undertake this trip. I accept these risks, obligations and responsibility for any risks involved, and shall not hold Craveyatra Travels Pvt
Ltd liable for any kind of outcome during the trip including death.
2. I understand during my trip there may be opportunities to undertake activities, which do not form part of the itinerary. I understand Craveyatra
Travels Pvt Ltd makes no representations about the safety of the adventure activities, or the standard of the independent operator running it. I also
understand Craveyatra Travels Pvt Ltd is in no way responsible for my safety, "If I choose to participate in the optional activities with full knowledge
of the above, I acknowledge and accept all associated risks, and agree not to hold Craveyatra Travels Pvt Ltd liable for any outcome, including death.
3. Craveyatra Travels Pvt Ltd is not liable for the performance or products of independent contractors, including instructional concessionaires, art or
other auctioneers, shopkeepers, taxi operators, or any third party providing services. Their services and products are charged as extras. Craveyatra
Travels Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any acts or omissions of such persons in providing goods or services to the client.
4. Craveyatra Travels Pvt Ltd and the Carrier are not liable for the performance or products of independent contractors, including doctors, medical
personnel, hairdressers, internet/I.T. personnel, instructional concessionaires, art or other auctioneers, shopkeepers, taxi operators, or any third
party providing services. Neither Craveyatra Travels Pvt Ltd nor the Carrier owns or controls any such independent contractors, makes no
representation of any kind as to their performance and does not undertake to supervise their activities. Any Guest using such services or activities
shall be deemed to agree and consent that any liability for any death or personal injury, illness, emotional distress, mental suffering or psychological
injury to the guest or loss or damage to property shall be the sole responsibility of the provider of such service or activity. Neither Craveyatra Travels
Pvt Ltd nor the Carrier shall be or become liable or responsible in any way for any act or omission of any such provider pertaining to, or arising from or
in connection with such services or activities.
5. Craveyatra Travels Pvt Ltd shall not be liable in any way to the client for death, bodily injury, illness, damage, delay or other loss or detriment to
person or property, or financial costs both direct and indirect incurred, or for Craveyatra Travels Pvt Ltd failure to commence, perform and/ or
complete any duty owned to the client if such death, delay, bodily injury (including emotional distress or injury), illness, damage, or other loss or
detriment to person or property is caused by Act of Nature, war or war like operations, mechanical breakdowns, terrorist activities or threat thereof,
civil commotions, labor difficulties, interference by authorities, political disturbance, however and where so ever any of the same way arise or be
caused, riot, insurrection and government restraint, fire, extreme weather or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable, control of
Craveyatra Travels Pvt Ltd the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised; or an event which
Craveyatra Travels Pvt Ltd or the supplier of the service. Even with all due care, could not foresee. The client acknowledges he or she will be visiting
places where the political, cultural and geographical attributes present certain risks, dangers and physical challenges greater than those present in
his or her daily lives.
6. By booking travel with Craveyatra Travels Pvt Ltd the Client acknowledges she or he has considered the potential risks, dangers and challenges, and
expressly assumes the risks attendant to such travel conditions. The client is solely responsible for acquainting themselves with customs, weather
conditions, physical challenges and laws in effect at each stop along the itinerary, It is also important to note that Craveyatra Travels Pvt Ltd reserves
the right to make changes to the itinerary or accommodations if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural
disasters, or political unrest. Unwelcome actions such as the following are inappropriate and, depending on the circumstances, may in and of
themselves meet the definition of sexual harassment:
Sexual pranks, or repeated sexual teasing, jokes, or innuendo, in person or any other means.
Verbal abuse of a sexual nature.
Touching or grabbing of a sexual nature.
Repeatedly standing too close to or brushing up against a person.
Repeatedly asking a person to socialize with the person has said no or has indicated he or she is not interested.
Giving gifts or leaving objects that are sexually suggestive.
Repeatedly making sexually suggestive gestures.
Unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature that affects the vibe of the environment A victim of sexual harassment can be a man or a women.

The Victim can be of the same sex as the harasser. The violation of any of the above clauses will result in the termination of the trip of the offender with
no refunds and an FIR will be lodged against the offender. At all times the decision of Craveyatra Travels Pvt Ltd or representative will be final on all
matters likely to endanger the safety and well being of the tour. By booking with Craveyatra Travels Pvt Ltd , the client agrees to abide by the authority
of the tour leader/ captain or Craveyatra Travels Pvt Ltd representative. The client must at all times strictly comply with laws, customs, and drug
regulations of the country or state. If the Client is affected by any condition, medical or otherwise, that might affect other people enjoyment of the tour;
the Client must advise Craveyatra Travels Pvt Ltd at the time of booking. If the Client fail to comply with the above or commit any illegal act when on the
tour or, if in the opinion of the tour leader, the Client behavior is causing or is likely to cause danger, distress or annoyance to others, Craveyatra Travels
Pvt Ltd may terminate that client’s travel arrangements without any liability on Craveyatra Travels Pvt Ltd part and the Client will not be entitled to any
refund for unused or missed services or costs incurred resulting from the termination of the travel arrangements.

The Participants hereby acknowledge and agree that they are participating in the Trip voluntarily and at their own risk. The Participants further
acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this Bond, and that they are waiving any and all claims against the Company arising from or
in connection with their participation in the Trip. This Bond shall be binding upon the participants and their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
