    expense) arising from, in consequence of or in any way connected to doing business with us through this
    authorized bank account or our representatives. As good corporate citizens, we undertake that any act
    of fraud, misrepresentation by us or any of our representatives is done on our behalf and makes us liable
    to be blacklisted by Maersk.
