    Government Order
    The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh is pleased to depute Mr. Md Masum Billah
    (Id No-901220001), Executive Engineer (Current Charge), Bangladesh Water Development Board,
    Faridpur to attend Doctoral Course (Major in Hydromechanics & Environment Engineering) at the
    University of Tokyo, Japan for 03 (Three) years from 01/10/2024 to 30/09/2027.

    2. Terms & conditions are as follows:


    a. All the expenditure in connection with this course will be borne by Ministry of Education, Cultures,
    Sports and Technology (MEXT Scholarship);
    b. During this deputation his salary and allowances will be paid in local currency. No portion of it will
    be payable in foreign currency.
    c. The period of deputation including travel time will be treated as on duty;
    d. He will not be allowed to extend his stay abroad beyond the approved period;
    e. There will be no financial involvement of Bangladesh Water Development Board or Bangladesh
    Government in this regard.
    f. The terms and conditions of Bangladesh Water Development Board are applicable for this
    deputation;
    g. He shall submit a report to the ministry within 7 (seven) days of completion of the course; and
    h. He should follow the instructions of notification no-05.00.0000.211.06.002.22.66; dated:
    09.08.2023, issued by Ministry of Public Administration in this regard.

    3. This order is issued with the approval of the competent authority.
