 A committed and dynamic Petroleum Professional with master degree in petroleum
engineering and over 17 years of experience in oil industry that ranges from Production
Engineering, Well Services, Artificial lift (Gas Lift & ESP), Production Optimization, Well
Surveillance and Well Intervention.

onshore oil fields of Harouge Oil Operations.

 Draft the initial copy of workover intent programs, follow the daily activities of all workover
rigs on daily basis, compile and summarize the whole reports and then evaluate the wells
performance post completing well servicing.
 Perform a comprehensive analysis to assess wells performance for detecting any suspicious
anomalies, report these findings and propose solutions to team leader.
 Conduct a thorough assessment to all the artificial lift methods employed in active.
 Create the ESP Design for the candidate wells utilizing DesignRite software.
 Routine tracking of stations production output to indicate any drop in production level.
 Supervise Installation, run in hole and commissioning of all ESP and gas lift wells.
 Continuous surveillance of ESP producers by monitoring surface data and downhole sensor
parameters and propose corrective actions for all unforeseen shutdowns.
 Manage in collaboration with service providers the stock of pumps and related equipment
(Downhole and Surface) and look after the assets of the company.
 Work in collaboration with ESP team in analyzing the root cause of pumps failure and
provide advices to the enhance the pump’s performance in future.
 Investigate the source of water breakthrough and suggest measures to rectify issue through
cement squeeze or bridge plugs.
 Witness wireline interventions including various logging operations for instance, PLT, RST,
CBL, VDL, USIT…etc.
 Collaborate with production operations department for mitigating production losses and
plant shutdowns.
 Manage production test team on daily basis to ensure providing reliable data and spot any
decline in rate among the producers.
 Work in coordination with drilling and completion department to follow-up on daily basis all
drilling, workover and completion activities and discuss the upcoming activities.
 Witness performing stimulation techniques (acidizing and hydraulic fracturing) to
restore/enhance well’s productivity/injectivity followed by evaluating the results post the
jobs execution.
 Conduct seminars; prepare manuals, train new-hired engineers and production operation
department personnel.
 Prepare a list for slickline intervention activities on monthly basis for wax removal, checking
fill depth and diagnostic/evaluation surveys for natural flow and gas lift wells.
 Evaluate the gas lift facilities in each station and propose recommendation for improvement
or rectification works.
 Review the gas lift performance of gas lift wells in Amal Oil Field field, build NODAL analysis
and generate gas lift performance curves for both producing and shut in
