    AFFIDAVIT

    I, Nirmal Singh aged about 53 years, resident of Village VPO Heran, Tehsil Nakodar, Jalandhar,
    Punjab, India do hereby solemnly state and affirm on oath as under: -

    ● That I am citizen of India and I am fully conversant with the facts deposed below.

    ● That I confirm that Mr. Amrit Pal Singh is my biological son and his date of birth is 16,

    May , 1995.

    ● That I confirm that my son is a farmer by profession, who is doing farming on

    agricultural land measuring 10.36 acres, located at Village Heran & Village Kotla Jangan,
    Jalandhar, Punjab, India since 2018.

    ● That I confirm that Out of total 10.36 acres; 5.36 acres land is owned by me and rest 5

    acres land Amrit Pal Singh has taken on lease form Mr. Amarjit Singh s/o Gurdial Singh.

    ● That I confirm that being from farming family; my son was always interested in farming

    business that’s why he became a farmer.

    ● That I confirm that my son actively participates and performs farm related job duties

    along with farm workers.

    ● That I confirm that my son manages all the operations of the farm independently as a

    Self-Employed Farmer and all the financial decisions are taken by Amrit pal Singh
    himself since 2018.

    ● That the above statements are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
