1、适应范围及特点
To adapt to the scope and characteristics of
JYG 型精密滤油机主要用于电厂、电站、工矿企业的变电所
(室)润滑油库、拖拉机站、石油、化工、冶金、国防工业等
单位过滤变压油、机械油、透平油航空液压油、极压齿轮油及
其它润滑油中的机械杂质,是真空净油机、透平油过滤机用于
前置初过滤的理想设备。
JYG Precision oil filter is mainly used for power plants,

JYG 型精密滤油机是在 JB/T5153-91 标准的基础上改型设

的基础上有很大程度的降低。

3、主要结构特征 The main structural features of
本精密滤油机是由双精密过滤器,输油泵和粗滤装置等部分
组成的可移动装置。

使用寿命长,使用最高温度达到 150℃,主要适合于净化过滤
油液中的颗粒固体杂质,同时对油液中含有的粘附物具有阻尼
过滤功能。

齿轮泵与电动机采用弹性联轴器,为避免压力过高造成机械
事故,在油泵上设有安全阀(产品出厂时已调节到规定的最高
压力的 150%PN)。根据用户需要可将安全阀设定在较低的数值
上,但一般不允许调节到超过规定的最高压力值。

作用是防止大颗粒杂质进入油泵,破坏油泵 。当卸下粗滤器盖
的螺栓,取下粗滤器盖上的螺栓,取下粗滤器盖时,就可直接
将过滤网取出进行清洗。当粗滤器内布满脏物时,不但使滤油
能力下降,还有可能将过滤网损坏,因此,应经常注意清洗粗
过滤网。

4、设备的调整和试运转 Equipment adjustment and


commissioning
每次更换或清洗滤芯后使用,应检查复合滤芯是否压紧密
封,以免影响过滤效果。

the filtering effect.
开机前必须先用手将油泵轴转动两、三转,认为转动灵活,
没有卡塞现象,然后将进出油管接好,进出油管应事先检查有
无堵塞或漏气或污物存留于管道内,然后方可开机。

电动机正确的转动方向是泵上箭头所指示的方向,若箭头损
坏,应观察电机的旋向,电机的正确旋向为顺时针方向。

observe the motor rotation direction, the motor rotation to the
clockwise direction correct.
如一切正常,开机后几秒钟内就会吸油,如到半分钟仍未吸
油,这说明油泵吸入端有漏气现象,应立即停止工作,排除故
障后再试,防止齿轮泵在无润滑油时损坏。

有不正常的响声,应立即停机找出故障进行排除。

should be shut down immediately identify the fault exclusion.

5、操作注意事项 Handling Precautions
A、由于一般的颗粒杂质的密度均大于油液的密度,应尽量
将本机进油口接到油箱的最低点,以便实现固体颗粒杂质的充
分滤除。

B、为避免进油吸入空气泡沫,应将出油管置于油面以下,

C、运行过程中,应随时注意进排油压力表的指示情况,当
排油压力过高,排油会出现不足现象,甚至超负荷运行,应及
时清洗或更换滤芯。

D、运行中注意检查排油泵及相应电机的运行噪音和温度是

(即最高温度最好不大于 80 度)

E、本机停置不用时,应将排油放尽,以避免管道锈蚀及存
油在相对较多的水分情况下乳化并形成胶质状态,给清洗及下
次 过 滤 使 用 时 造 成 不 必 要 的 麻 烦 。 The plane parked or

1、简介 Introduction
本厂属分离机械设备定点生产厂,专业从事油处理设备、
水处理设备的设计、研究和制造,已有近三十年生产制造油水
处理设备的历史。具有一批长期从事分离机械设备设计和制造
丰富经验的职工队伍。

本说明书主要介绍 ZJA 型双级真空净油机。
This instruction booklet mainly introduces the ZJA
two-stage vacuum oil filter.

2、适用范围及特点
Applicable scope and characteristic
ZJA 型双级系列真空净油机主要用于 500KV 及以下输变电
设备用绝缘油的净化处理,它能高效地排除油中的水分,气体
和杂质微粒,提高油的耐电压强度和油品质量,保证电器设备
的安全运行。因此,可供变压器、互感器、电缆、电力电容、
高压开关和绝缘导管等电器制造厂、发电厂、供电局、铁路变

电工区、送变电施工部门进行绝缘油净化处理和对高压电器设
备进行真空注油和热油循环干燥。

5、结构及工作原理 Structure and principle of work


(1)结构特点 Unique feature
本机主要由粗过滤装置、进油电磁阀、液位自动控制装置、
输油泵、杂质精过滤装置、加热器、高速雾化真空脱气罐、冷
凝装置、真空泵、罗茨真空泵、恒温自动控制装置、电气控制
系统及各种阀门组成。整机装设在一可靠的并可自由转向移动
的移动小车所组成。

注意!真空罐上部观察孔主要用于观察是否有泡沫产生,
当油中水分太多或冷油或乳化油时,容易产生较多泡沫并很快
上升到上视孔,此时,必须立即打开真空充气阀,以避免油液
被真空系统排于机外,造成不必要的损失。

待净化油液首先经入口进入粗过滤装置,滤除大颗粒杂质。

进入真空系统的蒸汽在冷凝装置的作用下冷凝成液体,少
量蒸汽及其它气体则被真空泵排于机外。

become the liquid under the condensing works function, few
steam and other gas by vacuum pump row in outside the
aircraft.

脱除气体和水分的油液被输油泵输送入精过滤装置,油中
含有的细微杂质被除去,金属微粒则被吸附,油液得以彻底净
化,最后,净化油经单向阀流出,完成油液的净化过程。

6、安装调试 The installation and trial run


A、关闭本机所有阀门,接上进出油管,保证油箱到本机进
出口油路畅通,且进油口处于油箱底部,出油口在油箱内产生
空气泡沫使吸油口进入空气。
B、接好三相四线电源,零线和地线应分别接好。将真空泵、
罗茨真空泵、电磁阀旋钮开关置于“关”位置,电源开关置于“开”
位置,输油泵开关置于“关”位置。
C、将电源开关置于“开”位置。
D、点动真空泵,注意电机旋向是否正确,正确的旋向已在
真空泵护罩上标注。
E、点动电磁阀,注意倾听有无“咔嗒”声。
F、点动输油泵,即将输油泵开关置于“手动位置”,注意观
察电机旋向是否正确,输油泵正确的旋向为顺时针旋转。
G、启动电磁阀,分别点动一、二或三组加热器,观察加
热器指示灯是否亮。

H、关闭电磁阀,点动加热器,检查电磁阀是否控制加热器
工作,即电磁阀关闭时,加热器不能工作。
注意!调试检查上述各装置时,应注意输油泵、真空泵不
能长时间空转,特别是在检查加热功能时,只能在一瞬间完成。

C, puts in the power switch “opens” the position.
D, the spot move the vacuum pump, pays attention to the
electrical machinery gyrotropic to be whether correct, the
correct gyrotropic has labelled on the vacuum pump guard
shield.
E, do the spot move the solenoid valve, whether there is
the attention listen attentively to “carbazole clatter” the sound.
F, the spot move the feeding pump, soon the feeding
pump switch puts in “the manual position”, the attention
observation electrical machinery gyrotropic is whether correct,
the feeding pump correct gyrotropic is the clockwise rotation.

(一)操作方法 operating procedure
A、启动真空泵,注意真空表的指示情况。
B、待系统真空度正常后,即当真空表指示达到-0.08MPa
时,方可启动罗茨真空泵,当真空达到-0.095MPa,即可启动
电磁阀,观察油位上升情况。
C、当油位达到输油泵液位计闭合时,
输油泵自动起动工作,
此时可将输油泵开关置于“停”位置,检查电磁阀控制液位计达到
高液位时,电磁阀是否关闭,然后将输油泵置于“自动”位置。使
油泵正常工作。
注:对于采用机械式自动液位控制阀时,液位将自动平衡.
D、整机运行正常后可开启一组加热器,并在启动加热器前,
将恒温控制装置调节在 45~70℃之间,
以 60-65℃为最佳状态。
然后根据处理油量的多少和周围环境温度的高低决定是否开启
二组加热器或三组加热器。

E、整机正常工作。
F、当油处理完毕或中途需要停机时:
a. 首先关闭加热器 10 分钟左右;再分别关闭真空泵、电磁
阀。
b. 若需彻底排完机组内存油,首先将进油管脱离油箱,可
不关电磁阀,然后将输油泵开关置于“开”位置。待机组内残存油
液排出完毕后,即可关闭排油泵和进油阀。

在温度较低的环境中使用时,必须先将真空泵油加热到 15℃左
右才能启动。

B、待净化的油液不能太脏(即油中水分、杂质颗粒太多)
否则,必须先用其它过滤设备(如我厂生产的压力式滤油机)
充分滤除,以免影响净油机的脱气效率或堵塞过滤元件。
C、使用场地的海拔高度的高低会直接影响本机的真空。

8、操作注意事项 Operation matters needing attention
A、由于水分及一般的颗粒杂质的密度均大于透平油的密
度,应尽量将本机进油口接到油箱的最低点,以便实现油水的
彻底分离和固体颗粒杂质的充分滤除。
B、为避免进油吸入空气泡沫,应将出油管置于油面以下。
C、电源进线的选用必须能够承受在本机全开状态时的最大
电流。
D、真空泵工作时,应注意泵油标显示的油液情况,油液应
在油标线上,真空泵油水份较多时,要及时更换。
E、运行中冷凝器内存油较多时,要及时放掉。
F、经常注意压力表值,当压力>0.5MPa 时,应清洗过滤
器或更换过滤元件。
G、粗滤器、真空脱气罐顶部的滤网应经常折下清洗,保
持清洁,以免堵塞,造成进油不足或压力过高。
注意真空脱气罐内油位的平衡,可通过液位阀作调节。
H、运行中随时注意泵及相应电机的运行噪音和温度是否正
常,如异常应立即排除。泵及电机允许温升不得大于 40℃(即
最高温度不得大于 80℃)

I、冬季停机后,应放尽冷却水,以免冻裂真空泵。

b、泵轴封是否损坏、泄漏;运行系统有无堵塞现象,泵及
相应电机运行噪音及温升有无异常;
c、各管路系统及密封处有无漏气、漏油现象;
d、工作压力是否正常。
B、电机运转 3000 小时,应补加 ZL-2 或 ZL-3 锂基润滑脂。
C、应随时注意补加真空泵油。
D、如果停机一月以上,本机应放在干燥的地方,关闭电气
柜门和所有阀门,盖好机身。

一、简介
本厂属分离机械设备定点生产厂,专业从事油处理设备、水处理设备的
设计、研究和制造,已有近三十年生产制造油水处理设备和矿山配件的历
史。具有一批长期从事分离机械设备设计和制造丰富经验的职工队伍。
我厂设计力量雄厚,制造工艺先进,专业从事设计开发的工程技术人
员六人,高级工程师两人,总工一百多人。十多年来,我厂工程技术人员
为国内外重点工程项目设计了大量的油、水处理设备,由我厂工程技术人
员设计研究的油系统设备、水处理设备已成功的运用于国内各大电站、电
厂、供输电部门及东南亚一带二十多个国家和地区。
由我厂生产制造的真空净油机、透平油过滤机、全自动滤水器、在线
净油机等(变压器有载分接开关专用,专利号:03234990.4)、低真空净油机
(汽轮机在线净化透平油,专利号:03234991.2)、污水处理设备、高粘度润
滑油过滤机等,在借鉴国内外先进技术的基础上,针对国内使用的具体情
况,加以不断创新和完善,具有高度的稳定性和可靠性能。
本说明书主要介绍 ZJCQ 型透平油过滤机。

二、适用范围及特点
ZJCQ 型系列透平油过滤机主要适用于透平油类润滑油、液压油及其
它类似油液的过滤净化。本机能高效地脱除透油中的水分、气体、胶质、
皂类,以及金属微粒、砂子、碳粒等机械杂质,使严重含水或浑浊乳化的
油液得以净化,提高油品质量,也可根据用户要求进行设计,即设计为在
线透平油过滤机,随汽轮机一起连续运行,保证机组的安全运行。

四、主要技术性能指标
本机组由于采用了国际上最先进的 WGF 聚结分离技术与杂质双精过
滤系统,使净化质量达到国际公认的、要求最高的 API-1581 标准。对含
有大量水分,污染度低于 15 级,以及乳化严重的油液,经本机组处理净化
后可迅速达到下述标:
油液:透明;
过滤精度:5μm;
含水量:0.1%;
净化清洁度 NAS1638-7 级;
脱除极性物质的效率达到 99%以上。

五、结构及工作原理
(1)结构特点
本机主要由粗过滤装置、进油电磁阀、高低液位自动控制装置、输油
泵、LXM 水分聚结装置与 YSF 破乳分水装置、杂质双精过滤装置、加热
器、高速雾化真空脱气罐、冷凝装置、真空泵、恒温自动控制装置、电气
控制系统及各种阀门组成。整机装设在一可靠的并可自由转向移动的移动
小车上。
粗过滤装置 主要由双层 40 目钢丝网缠绕于一网孔固架上。其目的是
阻止大颗粒杂质进入系统堵塞系统及损坏输油泵。
输油泵 引进美国技术研制的特殊推进式齿轮油泵,能在高真空条件
下低噪音吸油,并具有在齿轮磨损的情况下,仍能可靠的吸油。
LXM 水分聚结装置 采用玻璃纤维夹装脂棉纤维,然后用滤布密封,
经固紧不锈钢网缠绕制成整体,具有高性能的聚结水分的功能。
YSF 破乳分水装置 采用目前国际最先进的破乳分水滤芯,该滤芯主
要由双层网孔固架及通过特殊工艺涂附高分子材料的分水破乳网组成。本
装置能迅速地将乳化油破乳,然后将破乳后的油水迅速分离。
真空脱气罐 采用高速雾化技术及塔式分离脱气技术,使进入脱气罐
的油液首先雾化,打破油水紧密结构,然后通过脱气元件迅速蒸发,而气
体也随即自动从油中析出。
真空脱气罐设有液位控制装置、温度控制及温度传感装置及高低观察
孔。
液位控制装置自动控制真空罐内的液位,实现罐内液位的自动平衡。
温度控制器控制加热温度的高低,并自动控制加热器的工作与否。
真空罐下部观察孔主要用于观察油位的高低,一般情况下,油处于观
察孔的上 3/4 左右即可,用户可根据要求通过液位计进行调节。
注意!真空罐上部观察孔主要用于观察是否有泡沫产生,当油中水分
太多或冷油或乳化油时,容易产生较多泡沫并很快上升到上视孔,此时,
必须立即打开真空充气阀,以避免油液被真空系统排于机外,造成不必要
的损失。

(2)工作原理(详见工作原理图)
待净化油液首先经入口进入粗过滤装置,滤除大颗粒杂质。
滤除大颗粒杂质的油液经加热器进行加热活化,随后经开启的电磁阀
进入真空脱气罐,油液在高速雾化装置的作用下,使油液迅速雾化,使气
体迅速从油中析出,同时打破油水紧密相吸的结构,然后通过塔式脱气元
件将油液形成一层又一层的薄膜,这样,油中的乳化水和溶解水被迅速分
离成为游离水,而油中的气体及其它低分子组分,在大面积拉张的情况下,
迅速蒸发,然后被真空系统排除。

进入真空系统的蒸汽在冷凝装置的作用下冷凝成液体,少量蒸汽及其
它气体则被真空泵排于机外。
脱除气体和一部分水分的油液被输油泵输送入 LXM 水分聚结滤芯聚
结成水滴,然后进入 YSF 破乳分水滤芯,油中水滴被迅速分离沉淀于该滤
芯外围下部,如果油液为乳化油,上述两种滤芯则将乳化油迅速破乳分水。
脱除水分的油液在输油泵输出压力的作用下,进入精过滤装置,油中
含有的细微杂质被除去,金属微粒则被吸附,油液得以彻底净化,最后,
净化油经单向阀流出,完成油液的净化过程。

六、安装调试
A、关闭本机所有阀门,接上进出油管,保证油箱到本机进出口油路
畅通,且进油口处于油箱底部,出油口在油箱内产生空气泡沫使吸油口进
入空气。
B、接好三相四线电源,零线和地线应分别接好。将真空泵、电磁阀
旋钮开关置于“关”位置,电源开关置于“开”位置,输油泵开关置于“自动位
置”。
注:若采用机械式液位控制装置,则没有自动或手动之分,只有开和
关(下同)应将输油泵开关置于“关”位置。
C、将电源开关置于“开”位置。
D、点动真空泵,注意电机旋向是否正确,正确的旋向已在真空泵护
罩上标注。
E、点动电磁阀,注意倾听有无“咔嗒”声。
F、点动输油泵,即将输油泵开关置于“手动位置”,注意观察电机旋向
是否正确,输油泵正确的旋向为顺时针旋转。
G、启动电磁阀,点动加热器,观察加热器指示灯是否亮。
H、关闭电磁阀,点动加热器,检查电磁阀是否控制加热器工作,即
电磁阀关闭时,加热器不能工作。
注意!调试检查上述各装置时,应注意输油泵、真空泵不能长时间空
转,特别是在检查加热功能时,只能在一瞬间完成。

七、操作方法

1、Brief Profile
Our company belongs to the appointed separation mechanical
equipment manufacturing enterprise specialized in designing,
researching and manufacturing oil handling equipment and water
treatment equipment. Since 1970s, starting with oil filter production, we
have manufactured both oil and water handling equipments with such a
long history of nearly 30 years. There is a team organized by staff and
worker members who are engaged in designing and manufacturing
separation mechanical equipments for a long term.

This manual is mainly for the introduction of ZJCQ Series Turbine Oil
Filter.

2、Application Scope and Feature
ZJCQ series turbine oil filter is mainly applied to filtration and purification
for lubrication oil of turbine oil category, hydraulic oil and other similar oil.
The equipment can effectively remove the water content, gas, colloid,
soaps as well as mechanical impurities such as metal particles, sands,
carbon granules, etc to have the oil with great water content or turbid
emulsive oil purified, improving oil quality. The model can also be
customized for design. That is, the design shall be on-line turbine oil filter
continuously operating with turbine to ensure safe operation of unit.

4、Main Technical Performance Indicator


For adoption of the international most advanced WGF coalescence
-separation technique and impurity double- precision filtration system,
the purification quality has complied with API-1581 standard which has
been recognized and most highly requested in the world. The oil with
large quantity of water content, contamination degree lower than 15 and
heavy emulsified oil will reach the indicators as below after treatment and
purification in the unit.

5、Structure and Operating Principle
(1)Structural Feature
The equipment mainly consists of coarse filtration device, oil inlet
solenoid valve,high-low liquid level automatic control device, oil transfer
pump, LXM water coalescence device, YSF emulsification- breaking and
hydro-separating device, impurity double precision filtration device,
heater, high-speed atomization vacuum degassing tank, condensing
device, vacuum pump, constant temperature automatic control device,
electric control system and various valves. The complete equipment is
installed in a mobile trolley which can be freely moved in any direction.
Coarse filtration Device It is twined in a fixed frame of mesh by double-
layer steel mesh of 40 mesh, aiming at preventing big particle and
impurity entering the system to cause block and damaging oil transfer
pump.
Oil Transfer Pump The introduced special propelling gear oil pump
developed by American technique can absorb oil in the condition of high
vacuum and low noise. Moreover, in the condition of gear wear, it still can
absorb oil
LXM Water Coalescence Device Glass fiber bung mounted sorbent
cotton fiber is adopted , sealed with filter cloth, twined by fixed stainless
steel mesh to become a whole body with the function of high
performance water coalescence.
YSF Emulsion-Breaking Hydro-Separating Device The present most
advanced emulsion-breaking filter element in the world is adopted,
consisting of double- layer mesh fixed frame and hydro-breaking and
emulsion-breaking mesh attached with high polymer material made after
special technology process. The device can rapidly demulsify emulsified
oil and separate the demulsified oil from water.
Vacuum Degassing Tank High-speed atomization and tower-type
separation degassing techniques are adopted to atomize the oil entering
degassing tank first and break the compact structure of oil and water.

Then it will evacuate through degassing components and the gas will be
automatically separated out from oil.
Liquid level control device, temperature control, temperature sensor
device and high-low observing hole are provided for vacuum degassing
tank.
Liquid level control device automatically controls the liquid level of
vacuum tank to make balance of liquid level in the tank.
Temperature controller controls temperature of heater and automatically
controls the working status of heater.
The observing hole in the lower part of vacuum tank is mainly used for
observing the oil liquid level. In general, it is acceptable when oil is in the
observing hole of 3/4. Users can adjust it with liquidometer as requested.
Caution: the upper observing hole of vacuum tank is mainly used for
observing the formation of foam. When there is too much water content,
cool oil and emulsified oil in the oil, much foam will form and rapidly rise
to the upper observing hole. At the moment, vacuum air charging valve
must be opened instantly to prevent oil from being discharged outside by
vacuum system and unnecessary damage.
(2)Operating Principle(Please refer to the operating principle drawing.)
Big particles and impurities will be filtered after the oil to be purified first
enters coarse filtration device through the inlet.
The oil with big particles and impurities filtered will be heated and
activated by heater and break the compact attracted structure of oil and
water. Then layers of oil films will be formed by tower-type degassing
components. Thus, the emulsified water and dissolved water in the oil
will be rapidly separated and become free water. The gas and other low
molecule components will rapidly evaporate and be discharged by
vacuum system in the tension condition of large area.

The vapor entering vacuum system will condensate to become liquid in
the effect of condensing device. Minor vapor and other gas will be
discharged outside by vacuum pump.
The degassed and part of dewatered oil is transferred to LXM water
coalescence filter element and coalesce to become water drops. Then
the oil will enter YSF demulsified hydro-separation filter element. The
water drop in the oil will be rapidly separated and precipitate in the
bottom of outer filer element. If the oil is demulsified, the two filter
elements mentioned above will demulsify and hydro-separate the
emulsified oil.
The dewatered oil will enter precision filtration device in the pressure
effect of oil transfer pump. The tiny impurities in the oil will be removed
and metal particles will be absorbed to make the oil purified. Finally, the
purified oil will flow outside through check valve and the purification
process is completed.

6、Installation and Debugging


A、Close all the valves of the equipment and connect oil inlet and outlet
pipe to make sure the inlet and outlet oil line is unblocked. The oil inlet is
in the bottom of oil tank. When foams of oil outlet form in the oil tank, air

will enter the oil inlet.
B、Connect three- phase and four- wire power supply, zero line, ground
wire respectively. Switches of vacuum pump, solenoid valve and knob
shall be placed in “OFF” position. The switch of power supply shall be
placed in “ON” position. The switch of oil transfer pump shall be placed in
“AUTO” position.
Note: if mechanical liquid level control device is adopted, there is no
difference between automatic or manual operated. Only when it is in the
status of on and off (the same below), shall the switch of oil transfer
pump be placed in OFF position.
C、The switch of power supply shall be placed in ON position.
D、Inch vacuum pump and note the correction of rotating direction of
motor. The correct rotating direction has been marked in guard shield of
vacuum pump.
E、Inch solenoid valve and note whether there is click sound.
F、Inch oil transfer pump, place the switch of oil transfer pump in the
position of “Manual-Operated” and observe the correction of motor
rotating direction. The correct rotating direction of oil transfer pump is
clockwise.
G、Start solenoid valve, inch heater and observe whether the indication
lamp of heater is on.
H、Close solenoid valve, inch heater and check whether the operating
status of heater is under the control of solenoid valve. That is, when
solenoid is closed, heater can’t work.
Note: when debug the devices mentioned above, note that oil
transfer pump or vacuum pump can’t been left racing, especially when
check the heating function, it only can be completed instantly.

7、Operating Method
A、Start vacuum pump and note the indicating state of vacuum gauge.
B、After the vacuum degree is normal, that is, when -0.08MPa is
indicated in vacuum gauge. Then solenoid valve can be started and the
rise condition of oil level can be observed.
C、When oil level reaches close state of liquid indicator of oil transfer
pump, the pump will automatically stop working. At that time the switch
of oil transfer pump can be placed in “STOP” position. When checking
and finding the liquid level of solenoid valve is high and whether solenoid
is closed, the oil transfer pump shall be placed in “AUTO” position to stop
oil pump working.
D、After the complete equipment enters normal working state, heater
shall be opened as required. Before heater is started, the temperature of
constant temperature device shall be adjusted from 45 ℃to 75℃.
E、The complete equipment operates well.
F、When oil treatment is completed or the equipment needs a halt in the
half way:
a. First the heater shall be closed for about 10 min. Then vacuum pump
and solenoid valve shall be closed respectively.
b. If the complete discharge for storage oil of the unit is needed, remove
the oil inlet from oil tank first. Closing solenoid valve is unnecessary.
Then the switch of oil transfer pump shall be placed in “Manual” position.
After the drain of residual oil in the unit is completed, oil drain pump and
oil inlet valve can be closed.

8、Attention for Operation


A、Since both the density of water and ordinary particles and impurities is
big than that of turbine oil, the oil inlet of the equipment shall be
connected to the lowest point as far as possible to make complete
oil-water separation and sufficient filtration for solid particles and

impurities.
B、In order to avoid inlet oil absorbing air foam, the oil outlet tube shall be
placed under oil level.
C、Power entering line to be selected shall be able to bear the maximum
current in full open state.
D、When vacuum pump operates, note the oil condition showed by oil
mark of pump. The oil shall be on the oil mark line. When there is much
water content in vacuum pump, replacement is needed.
E、When there is much storage oil in condenser in operation process, the
oil shall be discharged in time.
F、Often note the value of pressure gauge. When pressure is higher than
0.5MPa, filter shall be cleaned and filtration components shall be
replaced.
G、The filter screens in coarse filter and in top of vacuum degassing tank
shall be dismounted for cleaning to keep clean, avoid block or cause
entering oil deficiency or high pressure.
Note that the oil level balance in degassing tank can be adjusted by
liquid level valve.
H、Note whether the noise and temperature of pump and motor is normal
or not at anytime. Any abnormal problem shall be solved instantly. The
temperature rise of pump and motor can’t exceed 40℃(that is, the
highest temperature can’t exceed 80℃)
I、When the equipment stopped working in winter, cooling water shall be
filled to avoid frost and crack of vacuum pump.
J、When the equipment is left unused, the oil in vacuum pump shall be
drained and new oil shall be filled. Meanwhile, the valve of heater shall
be opened and a certain vacuum degree shall be kept.
