    I. OBJECTIVES OF
    THE ACTIVITY By the end of the activity, the participants shall be able to:
    1. To deliver the State of Barangay Address;
    2. To inform the constituents of the financial status,
    accomplishments, on-going and plans Program Projects,
    and activities of the Barangay and the Sangguniang
    Kabataan:
    3. To render/present committee, and reports; and
    4. Discuss other matters.

    II. HIGHLIGHTS A. PRELIMINARIES

     The Activity started at 1:30 AM/PM, with an opening


    prayer led by REYNAN G. MONTECILLO /KAABAG
    followed by the singing of the Philippine National
    Anthem led by IMELDA T. ALTOVEROS/BARANGAY
    SECRETARY.

    Issues & Concerns Raised Response/Reply

    Mr. Rey C. Villaplana who raised the Hon. WARLITO H. ANOTA the
    Issues & concern about the road committee of INFRA reply the issues
    opening from farm to market. & concern of Mr. Rey C. Villaplana,
    that the opening road almost done,
    only one land owner who need to
    sign the said project.

    D. OTHER MATTERS
    1. The Punong Barangay Hon. RENATO TUMACAS, announce
    to the constituents about the motor muffler. Strictly
    Prohibited.
