    Product Description

    SealArm PU 2K PF is a low modulus, two part polyurethane, pitch free, cold applied elastomeric pavement designed for
    joints in concrete pavements.

    Uses Features and Benefits

    • Cold applied, chemical curing sealant.


    • For sealing joints in airports runways. • Suitable for all climate conditions, weathering
    • Joints oil terminals. and UV resistant.
    • Cargo areas and parking lots. • Fuel and oil resistant along with property of
    • Concrete roads, pavements. non propagation of flame makes it appropriate
    joint sealant especially where fuel, hydraulic
    fluids and skydrol spillages may occur.
    • Excellent movement accommodation in butt
    and lap joints.
    • Pourable and self- leveling.
    • Good chemical resistant to wide range of mild
    alkalis, diluted acids and solvents.
    • Confirms to both BS 5212:1990 type N.F and
    F.B
    Application Methodology

    Step no. 1: Surface Preparation: Mixed material is applied using either 600ml or 1500 ml

    Transfer the entire content of curing agent tin into base
    component tin which is larger. Mix the components for 3- Solids content 99%
    4 minutes using a slow speed, hand held drill (300-
    Mixed Density 1.37 kg/litre
    400rpm) which is fitted with a stirrer. Take care to ensure
    that materials on the top of the tin adhered if any are
    scraped after mixing for a minute and continued. Avoid
    over mixing of components.
