    Job Description

    Digital Factory Responsible.


    At a Glance
    With a view to be a shared service centre, the responsibility scope will cover both
    Loterie Tunisie and Technology Tunisia companies.

    Location Tunisi, Tunisia

    Line Functional

    What you’ll do ▪ You will develop robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using
    Spring Boot;
    ▪ You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver digital
    products and services;
    ▪ You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
    ▪ You will do team management and mentor subordinates
    ▪ You will design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-
    critical systems and delivering high availability and performance.
    ▪ You will contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
    ▪ You will build high-quality code by developing both unit and integration testing
    ▪ You will participate in code reviews to ensure new code conforms to the highest
    standards
    ▪ You will collaborate with peer organizations, devOps, and support organizations on
    technical document projects.
    ▪ You will stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web and mobile
    development.

    Who you are ▪ You have 8+ years of experience in a similar role


    ▪ You have proficiency in spoken and written English;
    ▪ You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
    ▪ You have strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot;
    ▪ You have experience designing and developing RESTful APIs;
    ▪ You have in-depth knowledge of software architecture and design patterns;
    ▪ You have excellent relational skills, precision, flexibility, teamwork attitude, and
    ability to achieve results;
    ▪ You have experience with Adobe AEM and its related technologies is a plus;
    ▪ You have experience leading and mentoring development teams is a plus.
    ▪ You have extensive experience in developing web and mobile applications using
    ReactJS, React Native and related technologies;
    ▪ You have strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
    ▪ You have familiarity with state management libraries like Redux;
    ▪ You are responsible and organized, respectful and respectable towards your team
