HEX INVERTERS WITH SCHMITT TRIGGER INPUTS

Description Pin Assignments


The 74AHC14 provides provides six independent Schmitt trigger input
inverters with standard push-pull outputs. The device is designed for ( Top View )
operation with a power supply range of 2.0V to 5.5V. The inputs are Vcc
1A 1 14
tolerant to 5.5V allowing this device to be used in a mixed voltage
environment. 1Y 2 13 6A
The gates perform the Boolean function: 2A 3 12 6Y
