DRESS CODE POLICY


In order to foster a professional and orderly atmosphere, our organization believes that attire
plays a pivotal role. The following guidelines are designed to assist you in choosing appropriate
clothing that aligns with our company's ethos of simplicity, sophistication, and service.

By adhering to these guidelines, we ensure that our employees represent our brand effectively
and feel confident in their appearance.

Business Attire:

For Men:
● Collared, buttoned formal shirts.
● Formal trousers or cotton pants.
● Formal shoes.

For Women:
● Formal shirts and pants or cotton Kurtis.
● Salwar kameez, Churidar set.
● Formal skirts (below knee length).
● Appropriate formal footwear.

Smart Casual Attire:

For Men:
● Casual shirts, polo neck T-shirts.
● Jeans, corduroy pants, khakis, or cargo pants.
● Sports shoes.

For Women:
● Kurtis, T-shirts, casual shirts.
● Jeans, corduroy pants, khakis, or cargo pants.
● Below-knee-length skirts.

Client Meetings:
● Men: Must wear a formal shirt, pants, and a tie. Blazers or suits are optional but
preferred.
● Women: Opt for a formal shirt and pants, or traditional attire like a saree or salwar
kameez.

Unacceptable Attire:
● Clothing with ambiguous messages or logos from past employers.
● Inappropriately revealing tops: tank tops, tube tops, halter tops, spaghetti straps, midriff
tops, off-shoulder styles.
● Transparent clothing (e.g., lace) should be of an appropriate length (below the knee).
Women, please ensure you wear appropriate undergarments like slips, leggings, or
stockings that complement your chosen attire.
● Beachwear, athletic wear, workout attire, sweatshirts.
● Clothing considered too casual or provocative: nightwear, pyjamas, biker shorts,
Bermudas.
● Excessive or unconventional hair colours (blue, yellow, green, etc.).

Enforcement:
● Supervisors/managers will address questionable attire privately with the concerned
employee to provide guidance.
● Blatant policy breaches will result in the employee being asked to return home to
change.
● Persistent policy violations may lead to disciplinary actions, potentially including
termination.

Please note that the company holds the authority to modify or revoke this policy as needed.
