The business is a general partnership owned by six partners who are fully
involved in the day-to-day operations. The general manager is a respected team leader
who is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the business. The
cook is highly skilled in food preparation and cooking and takes great pride in
presenting delicious and visually appealing meals. The assistant cook is an efficient and
reliable assistant who provides invaluable help to the cook in food preparation. The
cashier is a friendly and welcoming presence who provides excellent customer service,
taking orders and processing payments with ease. The server is a skilled communicator
who interacts with customers professionally and courteously, serving their food with
care and attention. Lastly, the dishwasher is a hardworking team player who ensures
that customers' dishes are clean and ready to be used again while also keeping the
kitchen clean and tidy.

As the Sweet Escape business gains success and expands, the owners will
eventually need to delegate their responsibilities to a team of skilled staff members.
These individuals will be carefully selected and trained to handle various tasks and
