    Loan Agreement

    This Loan Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on ______________ (the “Effective
    Date”) by and between ______________ with an address of ______________ (referred to as
    the “Lender”) and ______________ with an address of ______________ (referred to as the
    “Borrower”), collectively “the Parties.”
