 Coordinate with main Contractor for implementing HSE rules at site.
 Record & inform all site safety violation, near miss & hazards noticed to site in charge & safety
mangers
 To insure zero accidents during daily site activities.
 Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.
 Encourage and conduct additional toll box talk on new activities as required.
 Review relevant checklists appropriate for the job with the project team in tool box talks.
 Checking of all unsafe acts /conditions and taking immediate corrective action.
 Conducting daily PPEs Talks to create awareness and educate Persons working in sites.
 Carry out the inspection of P&M equipments.
 Checking of all piers & Segments erection works.
 Promotes safe practices at the job site.
 Carrying out Safety Inspections for the complete construction activities as deep excavations,
shoring, concreting, transportation, scaffolding, emergency evacuation including Heavy
Equipment’s as Cranes, Hydra, Excavators, JCB and other heavy equipment’s.
 Conduct HSE meeting/trainings at site and brief employees on safe work methods
 Identify Hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken to rectify/mitigate the same.
 Investigate accident/incident and near misses and submit reports to project manager/HSE manager.
 Ensuring WORK PERMIT SYSTEM.(PTW)
 Inspection of workplace before starting of every work.
 Submit daily HSE observation report.
 Knowledge of classification of fire.
 Knowledge of fire extinguisher.

 Attend all Training Programs.
 Assessed job sites identifying implication and necessary equipment.
 Before and during each shift, inspect the entire work area and look for potential release of flammable.

 Carried out inspection of gas cutting and welding systems.
 Have knowledge of safety measure that taken while working in confined space, Hot Work, Work at

 Attend Safety oriented program, fall protection program confined space entry training and fire
watchman training program.
 Be prepared to operate fire extinguishers, hydrant, fixed monitor, and hose carts anytime.
 Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports and forward it to HSE manager/P.M for review and
approval.
 Good knowledge of Basic scaffolding system.
