Performing quality checks activities and provides quality assurance approval for all submitted
KYC request and complete the underwriting of annual reviews.
Perform the day-to- day operational responsibilities for accurately researching, analyzing,
evaluating and documenting Know Your Customer (KYC) information and taking appropriate
action to protect the company against risk of money laundering activity and reputational risk in
accordance with Global and Local Regulatory procedures and policies as well as government and
industry regulations. Performing the periodic review of the customer based upon their risk.
Performed the required KYC screening on new clients by documenting and corroborating the
information obtained on the client as required by the global KYC procedures utilizing a variety of
independent research sources (i.e. Lexis Nexis, World Check, CRU, BUSINESS OBJECTS, and
FACTIVA & ONDEMAND).
Identify risk associated with the clients to meet KYC periodic requirement as per their risk level
i.e. High risk, medium risk and standard risk client
Collecting documentation in line with local regulators requirements using appropriate research
tools and external data sources, such as company registries, regulator's websites, Secretary of
State etc. And also from the third party website like Google, Yahoo.
Knowledge about PEP, Sanction, EDD, CDD, CIP, OFAC, FATCA, on boarding, Mantas etc.
Working as a Quality Checker and performed 100% accuracy.
Identifying weather the company is registered and is privately traded or publicly traded using
the external website like Google search and Yahoo fiancé.
Screening the portfolios for AML and KYC requirements.
Keep track on accounts which are subjected to trade control and AML rules.
Conducted accurate checks and event driven review on various aspects and changes in client’s
corporate structure, business activity, Ultimate beneficial owners, Source of wealth, declaration
of PEP’s etc.

Placing financial trades, calculating sales charges and maintaining shareholder accounts
In-depth Knowledge about the various kinds of Funds like different share class and about their
CDC Charge based upon the share type.
Financial trades include purchases, redemptions, exchanges and transfers of the client from
various regions.
Responsible for maintaining client’s accounts and updating necessary information, when
needed.
Duly responsible for emails which involves counterparts (clients, dealers and FT counterparts).
Complying with AML (Anti Money Laundering and KYC) regulations for opening portfolios.
Screening the portfolios as per AML and KYC requirement. File SAR & report to MLRO if any
suspicious found.
Ensure Compliance with applicable International laws,regulation,and Guidance relating to
prevention of Anti Money Laundering and terrorist financing
Preparation and submission of responses to clients regarding Due Diligence Questionnaire.
Complete check on KYC and catching the investors who trade in excess of their financial status
limit and reporting the same to Principal Officer
Investigating irregular trading patterns from Anti – Money Laundering (AML) and market timing
perspective.
Closely monitoring Employee Fraudulent activity and reporting the same to the higher
management.
Have a close watch over PEP persons in order to avoid black money into funds and rising of Red
Flags when excessive trading activities were detected.
