RENT-AGREEMENT

This Rent Agreement is made at Delhi on this 22 nd day of 2024,


between Sh. Raman Thakur, S/o Sh. Dhirender Thakur, R/o H.No.B-
111, Gali No.9, Ph-1, Shiv Vihar, Near Mayur Palace, Delhi-110094
(hereinafter called the first party/owner)
AND
Smt. Krishan Khant Chaudhary, S/o Sh. Bhagwan Ji Chaudhary, R/o
H.No.A-559/2A, Block-A, New Ashok Nagar, Mayur Vihar, East Delhi,
Delhi-110096 (hereinafter called the second Party/tenant).

Whereas the second party/tenant has taken whole ground floor


consisting of a hall in Property/ H.No.B-111, Gali No.9, Ph-1, Shiv
Vihar, Near Mayur Palace, Delhi-110094 on a monthly rent of
Rs.6,500/- (Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred Only) p.m.
excluding electricity and other charges from the first party/owner on
the following terms and conditions:-

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER :-


1. That the second party/tenant shall pay Rs.6,500/- (Rupees
Six Thousand Five Hundred Only) p.m. as rent to the first
party/owner on or before 10th day of each English Calendar
month regularly in advance to the first party/owner.

2. That the second party/tenant shall pay the electricity charges


and other charges separately to the first party/owner as per
meter/sub-meter reading.

3. That the second party/tenant shall not sublet, assign or part-


with the possession of the tenanted premises to any other
person in any manner.

4. That the second party/tenant shall not cause any damage in


the tenanted premises in any manner what soever.

5. That the second party/tenant shall not make any addition or


alteration in the tenanted premises in any manner.

6. That the second party/tenant shall use the tenanted premises


only for commercial purpose.

7. That the tenancy is for a limited period of 11 months i.e. from


01.05.2024 to 31.03.2025.

8. That the tenancy can be extended for further period by the


mutual consent of both the parties.

9. That the second party tenant shall not create any nuisance in
the tenanted premises and shall not cause any damage in the
tenanted premises.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed this rent-


agreement on the day, month and year above written in the
presence of the following witnesses:-
