DEL TAMANO DE LA
EMPRESA
Que es?
El tamaño de la empresa es una
escala en la que el tamaño de la
empresa se puede clasificar de varias
maneras, incluido el tamaño de los
ingresos, los activos totales y el capital
total. Cuanto mayor sea el tamaño de
los ingresos, los activos totales y el
capital total reflejarán la condición de
la empresa más fuerte.
Tipos de tamaños de una empresa
● Pequeña empresa: pocos empleados y algunas desventajas

en la gestión de recursos y patrocinios
● Medianas/ grandes empresas: son actividades económicas
que tienen criterios de patrimonio neto o resultados de ventas
empresariales anuales. Este negocio incluye empresas
nacionales (estatales o privadas) y empresas extranjeras

Microempresas: Son negocios productivos propiedad de individuos y/o entidades
comerciales individuales
Pequeñas empresas: Son un negocio económico productivo autónomo, que es
realizado por personas naturales o jurídicas que no son subsidiarias o sucursales de
empresas que son propiedad, controlan o forman parte directa o indirectamente de medianas
o grandes empresas
Medianas empresas: Es un negocio económico productivo autónomo, que es llevado a
cabo por personas naturales o jurídicas que no son subsidiarias o sucursales de empresas
Grandes empresas: Son negocios económicos productivos llevados a cabo por
entidades comerciales con un patrimonio neto o resultados de ventas anuales superiores a
las empresas medianas, que incluyen empresas estatales o nacionales privadas, empresas
conjuntas y empresas extranjeras
Criterios de Medición del Tamaño de la
Empresa
Microempresa: máximo de 10 empleados
los activos deben de ser menores de 500
salarios mínimos.
Pequenas empresas: numero de
empleados de 11 a 50 máximo y los activos
totales deben ser mayores a 501 y un
máximo de 5.000 salarios mínimos.
Medianas empresas: se caracterizan por
tener de 51 a 200 empleados los activos
totales deben ser mayores a 5001 y un
máximo de 30.000 salarios mínimos
