    Wilderness cooking techniques

    Setting up alarms, safety methods for night stay in the wild
    How to move at night
    Finding directions and navigation by stars
    Morning trek and study nature, identify plants, foraging
    Wilderness first-aid
    Tracking and hunting skills, making and setting up of traps and alarm
    Tools and implements
    New techniques in wilderness cooking
    Energizing exercises
    Self defense techniques
    Stay & Food
    • This workshop will be held at WILD ONE, Wildlife field station.
    Located inside the dense forest of Western ghats. Which falls under Dodamarg Taluka,
    Sindhudurg. Which is 60km from Goa and Belgaum.

    • Participants will be provided stay at dormitory.


    Facilities has two different dormitories, each holds capacity of 10 person. Each Dormitory
    has 2 attached bathrooms. Beds, mattress, sheets and blanket will be provided.

    • WILD ONE has own kitchen and dining area.

    • Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food cooks differently.

    • Food serves as thali system.

    • Camp fee includes stay/ food / local transport (Pickup/drop from


    Mulas village since wildone is 4km into the thick forest)

    It includes food, Stay & pick up - drop (from Mulas village)

    There are Buses from Goa and Belgaum to reach Wild One.
    Thivim station is closest railway station to reach Wild One, for
    the participants coming from Mumbai.
    There are also Private buses from Pune/ Mumbai which can
    reach to Chandgad. Which is also closest to Wild One.
    There will be extra taxi fare if you want to come by taxis from
    Goa, Belgaum, Thivim or Chandgad.
