Sample Answer
It can be more rewarding to grow up in a big family than a small one. Children in big families learn to share
because they must share toys, food, and even clothing with siblings. However, children in a small family often do not
have to share with anyone. Learning to share with siblings helps children when they start school and even later in
life. Furthermore, children in big families are hardly ever lonely. Despite having more attention from parents, children
in small families often spend a lot of time alone because they don’t have siblings. In addition, children in small
families don’t always have someone around to help them with problems. Although children in big families may have
less privacy, they usually have siblings around to help them with problems. Moreover, they have someone to learn
from if they have older siblings. Older siblings can help with schoolwork as well as questions about life. Each family
is different, but in general, there are more benefits to having a big family than to having a small one.

Diet and exercise affect the body in many ways. Both of them, if done in a healthy way, lead to a
healthier life. What is important is to have a healthy diet and to exercise regularly.
Eating healthy food gives the body the nutrients it needs. Many foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and
grains, can reduce the risk of heart attack. Fruits and vegetables also reduce the risk of cancer. People
can also eat fruits and vegetables in order to lower blood pressure. In addition, proteins such as meat and
eggs help strengthen bones. Finally, people can eat meat and eggs so that skin stays healthy.
Exercise is equally important for the body. It is recommended that an adult exercise two hours and
thirty minutes a week if the exercise is moderate, such as walking or riding a bike. If the exercise is
vigorous, such as running or swimming, only one hour and fifteen minutes a week is needed. Regular
exercise actually enables people to maintain a healthy weight or lose weight if needed. Exercise can also
reduce stress. Furthermore, people who exercise often sleep better at night. Of course, many people
exercise so that they can build their muscles.
In conclusion, there are many benefits to a good diet and exercise. People who eat well and exercise
can live a healthy life and reduce the chances of getting many health problems.
