ACHIEVEMENTS

Electrical Audit: I have had the privilege of conducting an electrical auditing project in Naveena. The aim
of this project was to ensure the safety, efficiency, and compliance of the electrical systems within the textile
manufacturing facility. Key areas included power distribution, wiring and cabling, electrical panels and
lightning system. I also did thermography of electrical panels for early detection of equipment failures.

PROJECTS

Sizing Cooking Unit

Associated with Naveena Denim “NDL”
It’s a cooking unit used in textile industries for “sizing” process. Sizing liquor is cooked in a vessel made of
stainless steel and is capable to bear high pressure. A stirrer is fitted in the bottom of this vessel. This stirrer
revolves with the help of an electric motor. An airtight door is mounted on the top of the vessel which is
used to drop the sizing ingredients into the vessel. A water supply pipe is fitted in this cooking vessel to
supply the water in the vessel. Steam is used to maintain the temperature in the vessel. A temperature meter
and pressure gauge are fitted in this cooking vessel to read temperature and cooking pressure. The volume
of the cooking vessel is 1000 litres. One inch height of the cooking vessel contains 20 litres of the volume of
liquor. For this project i used Mitsubishi programmable controller “FX3GA-24MR “.
Skills: Commissioning · Instrumentation

Skew Strech Unit

Associated with Naveena Denim “NDL”
Due to denim fabric shrinkage, the desired twill shifted i.e. right hand twill shifted towards, more right hand
and left hand twill towards more left hands. Changing the appearance of fabric differently particularly of
the stitched portion. In order to avoid these errors skew applied to fabric.
 For R.H twill fabric: left hand skew applied
 For L.H twill fabric: right hand skew applied.
 For 1/1: no skew
 For this project i used FATAK “FBs-24MC” ,
 Two encoders, one for R.H motor and one for L.H motor and weintek HMI “MT8071 iP”.
STRENGTHS

Problem Solving
Successfully led a team to identify and rectify bottlenecks in production line, increasing efficiency by 20%.
Project Management
Managed a team of 10 engineers to complete a major project 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
Innovation
Developed a new automated process that reduced assembly time by 30%, leading to a significant increase
in production.
