    Payment Terms:

    ➢ 70% of advance against the contract value.

    ➢ 10% of progress payment,

    ➢ 20% of Payment after the work completion

    ➢ Quotation Validity is 15 Days only,

    ➢ Payment should be CDC.

    ➢ We reserve the right to suspend the work on Site, if the payment is not honored as per
    the agreement.

    Notes & Exclusions:

    ➢ Any Local Authority Approval/Charge Excluded.


    (RCD/FEWA / TRAKEES/DU/ETISALAT/DCD/RTA/MUNICIPALITY etc.)

    ➢ If any other additional works other than the above scope shall be treated with additional
    cost.

    ➢ Entry Site Access/Passes, permit from authority, any approvals, Permission to enter the
    site will be by Client.

    ➢ Any Civil, Electrical, Fire Protection, IT, DATA, Emergency Lighting and Music System
    related work excluded.

    ➢ Annual Maintenance Contract was Excluded,

    ➢ Any variation in size, specification & quantity from our above quote will induce price
    revision.

    ➢ All measurements and quantities are subject to verification.

    ➢ In case the Order/PO is cancelled after it is confirmed, the Advance Payment will not be
    refunded Pro rate service charges will be applied and deducted from the Advance
    Payment

    ➢ We need Complete access & provisions to shift the steel Materials from the ground level
    to the site.

    ➢ The prices are based on Normal working hours during daytime.

    ➢ Schedule of Work: 30 to 45 working days from the date of order confirmation, advance payment,
    and approved shop drawings.

    ➢ Crane, Scaffolding, and any other required machinery to deliver & install the material on
    site is Excluded.

    ➢ Our offer is based upon the dimensions and details as per the given drawing. If the
    details, design, dimension, specification, quantities, or type of material changes, we
    reserve the right to revise our price.
