    I am pleased to inform you that you have been offered PROVISIONAL ADMISSION for a two-year
    ND COMPUTER SCIENCE programme in the Department of COMPUTER SCIENCE.

    This offer is subject to satisfying the minimum entry requirements for the programme as
    approved by the Polytechnic. You are therefore, required to produce the originals of all
    your credentials during registration.

    It must be emphasized that if at any time it is discovered that you made false declaration,
    this offer of admission shall be withdrawn and you will be expelled. No change of name
    would be allowed once you are registered in the Polytechnic except on marital grounds.
    You must produce a medical certificate of fitness issued by the Director, Medical Services
    of the Polytechnic.

    The registration period is 2nd to 14th November, 2022. No candidate will be allowed to
    register thereafter and their places will be given to other candidates on the waiting list
