EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The chosen name for the shoe store business is HAPPY FEET. HAPPY
FEET intends to operate on physical stores and online stores selling shoes
for both genders. The primary reason for the choice in physical and online
presence is the availability of the internet and a growing base of social
media users every second. Additionally, globalization favors faster
circulation of goods and services, which acts as the primary strengths for
the business. HAPPY FEET will be a sole proprietorship business
organized based on principalities that welcome future developments and

applicable where the owner is the sole financier. The business will register
as a sole-proprietorship business with maximum tolerance. Investors will
have their say on the operation of the business, and their suggestions will
have a significant effect on the final decision. The company will contact
major shoe manufacturing organizations globally with proposals that will
allow the business to sell cheaply to clients and still make profits.

coupled with incredible customers’ satisfaction.HAPPY FEET will also avail
several means of payment, including PayPal, Gcash other wireless means
of transferring money.
