1 Instrument packaging and component composition
The instrument and accessories are packed in a special suitcase, which can be
shockproof, waterproof and dustproof. The instrument should be put back into the
suitcase after use.
To open the suitcase: push down the red buttons on both sides of the suitcase, and
then pull up the buckles on both sides to open the top cover of the suitcase.

2 Usage
2.1 Battery Installation
Before installing the battery, check the battery level. Press the battery level display
button and observe the battery level indicator. If the battery level is less than 25%,
charge the battery or replace the battery.
Pinch the protrusion on both sides of the battery bin cover to separate the card slot
on the battery bin cover from the card buckle on the battery bin, rotate the battery
bin cover, open it;When installing the battery, hold the instrument handle with your
right hand and keep the display screen facing your side. Insert the battery wiring port
vertically into the battery compartment with the battery wiring port facing the upper
left. After the battery is firmly inserted, rotate the battery compartment cover in the
opposite direction and fasten it tightly.
2.2 boot
Keep the probe protection cover in the installation state, press the power switch, the
power indicator lights up, and then the screen enters the boot interface. After a
moment, enter the user login interface, input the account and password, click [Login],
and then < Login succeeded > appears, and the boot is complete.
After startup, first enter the [Measurement] interface, wait until the screen appears
"Ready", then pull the trigger or click the green circular [Start] button at the top of
the screen to start the test.Top elements can be selected by element option (one or
more top focus elements can be selected), and unit of measurement can be selected
by PPM option (optional PPM or % option)

2.3 Sample Testing

After the instrument is turned on, the trigger can be pulled at any interface at any
time for sample testing.
Grab the probe protection cover and pull it outward to remove the probe protection
cover.
2.3 Sample Testing
Aim the detection window and close to the sample to be detected (when necessary
with the aid of detection window above and left and right sides of the auxiliary line
of sight, as far as possible to the tested sample cross section of the window center
near center), under the "measure" interface to pull the trigger, such as not interface
measurement 】【 would probably have to click on the bottom of the screen
"measure" button to make the client back to "measure" interface.
During the operation, if < Warning > appears on the screen and the [Start] button is
yellow flashing, it means that there is no object to be detected within a certain
distance in front of the detection window. At this time, it is necessary to adjust the
relative position of the detection window and the detected object so that the
detection window is aligned with and close to the sample to be detected;If "Opening
device" appears on the screen and the [Start] button is blinking green, it indicates
that the detection window is in front of a certain distance to be detected and can be
detected normally.

There is no test object interface ahead Normal test interface is available
During the test (the left and right sides and above the screen light flashing, the red
light of the start button flashing, the interface "Do not pull the trigger during sample
test"), be sure to keep the relative position of the tested sample and the test window
unchanged.When the interface appears "test completed, you can pull the trigger", it
indicates that the test is completed, and the next sample can be tested according to
the above method, or other operations.
Attention should be paid to:
1) During the test, if the test needs to be stopped immediately, press the trigger to
stop the test.
2) To prevent irregular objects from piercing the protective film of the detection
window and damaging the probe beryllium window, and the instrument should be
avoided from shaking during the detection process.
3) It is impossible to detect without objects in front.
2.4 Data Viewing
Data can be viewed in the Measurement or Results interface.
[Measurement] View data on the interface
From the end of each measurement to the beginning of the next measurement, the
[Measurement] interface will display the latest measurement data, including the
elements and content of the sample, plus or minus statistical error value and other
information.

【 Result 】 The interface displays several measurement records in the form of a list,
and each measurement record contains sample label, measurement serial number,
measurement time, measurement person and element content information of the
measurement record.Click any measurement record to enter the detailed interface of
the record, which displays the measurement results in the form of a list.If you enter
the new sample name in the modification label text box under this interface, click
"Confirm" to complete the modification.
Click "Bar chart" to view the measurement record in the form of a bar chart. The
horizontal and vertical coordinates of the bar chart are element name and
percentage content respectively.The color of the bar chart can be set by the triangle
chart at the top right of the interface.Click "Spectrogram" to view the measurement
record in the form of spectrogram, in which Ch is the number of channels, En is the
energy, Cnt is the count and RT is the collection time.It can be enlarged by
double-clicking or sliding with two fingers for easy observation of the spectrum.

2.6 Tool Menu

Masuring the interface

(1) Sample label: Set the name of the sample to facilitate subsequent inspection of
test data
(2) Intelligent fine-tuning: used to manually fine-tune the test results to make the
results more accurate.
(3) Data export: data can be output through mailbox and Bluetooth
(4) Data export Settings: mailbox can be added
(5) Variance threshold: used for intelligent switching between different test
algorithms.(Factory default values are recommended)
The above options are shortcuts in the "Settings" menu.
Click "Settings" to enter the tool menu interface, which consists of 6 menus including
"Interface Settings", "Collection Settings", "Analysis Settings", "Brand Settings",
"System Settings" and "Shutdown lock screen".

2.6.1 Interface setting

Click "Interface Setting" to enter the interface for setting parameters such as
"brightness adjustment", "Font size of Measurement list", "Custom column name",
"element display mode" and "element content unit".

2.6.2 Collection Settings

Click "Collection Settings" to enter the Settings interface of "Sample Label" and
"Material sensing Settings" parameters.

(2) "Material sensing Setting" is used to see if there is an object in front of the
sensing test window
2.6.3 Analyzing Settings

Click "Analysis Settings" to enter the Settings interface of "Test Scheme", "Intelligent
Fine Tuning", "Result Display Settings" and "variance Threshold".

(1) "Test Scheme" is used for conversion between different tests.
(2)"Intelligent Fine-tuning" is used to manually fine-tune the test results to make the
results more accurate.

(3) "Result Display Setting" is used to set the lower limit of element content that can
be displayed in the interface. Elements whose content is less than this value will not
be displayed in the result interface.
2.6.4 Brand setting

Click "Brand number Setting" to enter the setting interface of "brand number
display", "Brand number category", "Brand number standard display setting", "Brand
number library operation", "Brand number display mode", etc.

(1) "number of brands displayed" refers to the number of brands displayed on the
[measurement] interface. For example, if the value is set to 3, the 3 brands displayed
on the [measurement] interface are closest to the test results.
(2) "Brand category" can choose different brand library.

(3) "standard display setting of brand number" includes 8 kinds, respectively: only
display brand name, display GB, display American standard and other existing brand
number library element content information.
(4) "Brand standard display Settings" can be added according to customer needs
brand library.

(5) "brand number display mode" has two kinds, respectively: display multiple at the
same time, display one at a time.
2.6.5 System Settings

Click "System Settings" to enter the Settings interface of "Wi-Fi", "Bluetooth",
"Email", "History", "User Management", "System upgrade", "Photo sequence",
"Specifications", "Remote Assistance", "Time", "Location" and other functions.

(5) Click the "User Management" menu to create new users. New users can be
divided into advanced users and ordinary users according to different levels.The two
types of new users are created in the same way but with different permissions, as
shown in Table 1.
In the Level column, select Advanced User or Common User, enter the user name and
password, and click Add to create a user.

2.6.6 Powering off and Locking the screen
Click "Shutdown lock screen", in the pop-up dialog, click [Shutdown], perform the instrument
shutdown operation;Click [Lock screen] to enter the [Login] interface;Hold down the account name for
3 seconds to switch users.Click "Cancel" to return to the "Settings" interface.
2.7 Security Warning series

The warning light bars on the left and right sides of the instrument and above the screen flash, the
light tube switch flashes, and [start] red flash indicate that the light tube is working. At this time, the
instrument will release X-rays from the detection window. Users should pay attention to avoid pointing
the detection window at themselves or others.
Start test command issuing (start X-ray tube) method: mechanical control: pull the trigger.
When pulling the trigger, start the light tube if it is in the test interface, and return to the test interface
if it is in other interfaces.
If the test item suddenly moves or falls, and there is no item in front of the test window, the test will
stop automatically.
2.8 to turn it off
Click "Shutdown lock screen" and click [Shutdown] to start the instrument shutdown operation. Wait
for the indicator to close and the shutdown is completed.
2.9 Battery Removal
Pinch the protrusion on both sides of the battery bin cover to separate the card slot on the battery bin
cover from the card buckle on the battery bin, rotate the battery bin cover, open it;After removing the
battery, reverse the battery cover and fasten it.
2.10 Instrument Maintenance
1. Cover the probe protection cover and remove the battery in time after use to avoid radiation
risk;And put all parts of the instrument into the corresponding position of the instrument box, cover
the box.
2. Keep the surface of the instrument clean, especially the detection window.
3. For the safety and stability of the instrument, it is recommended to be inspected by professionals at
least once every six months.

4.1 Warranty Description
1. The warranty period of this product is one year.
2. The warranty period is calculated from the date of invoice, deducting the time occupied for repair
and the time without spare parts to be repaired.
3. During the warranty period, users can repair, replace or return goods by invoice and warranty card.
The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
1. Instrument failure caused by improper use, maintenance or maintenance.Such as beryllium window
damage, X-ray tube damage, etc.
2. Failure caused by refitting, adjusting or disassembling parts and components that are not allowed to
be self-adjusted or disassembled as stipulated in the product manual.
3. There is no warranty certificate such as invoice or warranty card, and it cannot prove that the
purchased products are within the warranty period.And the product specifications and models on the
invoice or warranty certificate do not match the product specifications and models required for
warranty.
4. Failure to maintain the original state of the damage after the failure, but self-treatment, so that the
cause of the failure cannot be technical identification.
5. Damage caused by force majeure, such as war and natural disaster.
