L10 = Max noise level - { (Max noise level – Min noise level)/100 × 10% }

Point A
L10 = 68.1 - { (68.1 – 38.9)/100 × 10% }
= 65.18

Point B
L10 = 68.1 - { (68.1 – 37.2)/100 × 10% }
= 65.01
