A. INTRODUCTION:
This module describes the knowledge, skills, behavior and motivations required to develop the overall concept, theme and
format for a major event comprising multiple components. An event manager would generally undertake this process at
the commencement of the event management cycle in consultation with the stakeholders. Sometimes the concept
development phase is undertaken as part of the bidding process.

checklist of performance criteria.
I believe that all trainees absorb the necessary thing to learn in this training since they execute well in their actual
performance shown during their session. With that I can say that whatever challenges they will encounter in the future
they will handle it with confidently.
Hopefully in the near future they can apply their learnings to uplift their way of living and contribute solution to
community for improvement and lifelong learning.
