STUDENT’S RESEARCH
CONCLAVE
09th April, 2024
The process of research confers benefits upon the well-being of both individual
researchers and society as a whole. Moreover, the recently enacted Anusandhan
National Research Foundation Bill 2023, by the Indian Government, aims to
furnish a high-level strategic direction for research, innovation, and
entrepreneurship across domains. This legislative action is poised to facilitate
collaborations among businesses, academia, government agencies, and research
institutions. Against this backdrop, RamLal Anand College, is organizing a
research conclave encompassing students from diverse disciplines. The conclave,
titled "ADVANCING INTERDISCIPLINARY BUSINESS INNOVATION
THROUGH SUSTAINABILITY" serves as a platform for students to showcase
their research papers on an international scale. Students are encouraged to
collaborate with their mentors or faculty members, with the stipulation that the
primary author of the research paper must be a student.
THEME OF THE
CONCLAVE
The realm of business and management is experiencing a notable
transformation in today's fast-paced and interconnected global economy.
Conventional knowledge is proving insufficient in tackling the complex
array of challenges facing businesses and industries, which are becoming
increasingly intricate and varied. The idea of Innovative Interdisciplinarity
in Business and Management emerges as a guiding light for advancement
and a driver of change within this dynamic context.
This idea revolves around overcoming traditional obstacles that have limited
business and management practices, and embracing a wide range of viewpoints,
methodologies, and insights from diverse sectors. This method recognizes that
the challenges we face, whether in social welfare, ethical decision-making,
technological advancements, or environmental conservation, are frequently
complex and interconnected. Therefore, adopting a holistic and cooperative
approach is crucial not only for understanding these issues but also for devising
and executing effective solutions that foster a sustainable future.
The primary goal is to pave the path toward a sustainable future. From
this standpoint, sustainability encompasses societal equity, economic
resilience, and environmental stewardship. Companies can develop
innovative approaches that not only enhance their own operations but
also positively influence the broader ecosystem by integrating insights,
strategies, and successful methodologies from various sectors.
In our exploration of interdisciplinary innovation in business and
management, we delve into the foundational principles, methodologies,
and real-world applications of this transformative approach.
