computational fluid dynamics software

Application & Features

HiConsistency pulper is connected with dilu on pulper. The
dilu on pulper has due func on of separa ng the plas cs and
other foreign material and also dilute the high consistency for
stock transfer for further processing.

This pulper has 68 mm drilled screen plate with impeller rota ng
against the screen. The impact of impeller separates fibre from
the rejects, hence working most efficiently for fibre recovery.
PLC Panel

Advantages
Uncut contaminants from HiConsistency Pulper are removed with negligible fibre loss
The HiConsistency pulper become ready for next batch immediately a er emptying out. The isola ng valve
isolates the dilu on pulper from main pulper
The dilu on pulper works as first coarse screen thus reducing load on next stage equipment
Removal of large foreign contaminants eliminates the risk of pulp jamming in successive opera on

Position Applicable for pulp mill and approach flow system.
Throughput 450 Ipm to 1000 Ipm

Working Principles
Pulp stock at 0.5 to 1.0% consistency is fed through inlet pipe header to the cleaners. The stock enters the
tangential inlet which accelerates the stock to downward centrifugal motion. Contaminants like dirt, shives, and
specks with high specific gravity are forced to outer wall of cone and downward through reject outlet orifice to
reject header. The reject is again feed to the 2nd stage of cleaners. The cleaned pulp stock rises upward and goes
via accept header to up stream system, at the bottom of cleaners have dilution water headers with individual
elutriation line provided to eliminate the fibre loss.

Application & Unique Features

Efficient removal of contaminants like sand, glass, chips, pins, etc. from the pulp stock
Efficient removal of impurities like dirt, shives, specks, and light particles
High wear resistance construction, bottom ceramic cone
Improved optical cleanliness of paper due to removal of specks, shives, & dirt
The small cone diameter resulting in outstanding cleaning efficiency

Clear Filtrate Pulp Outlet

WORKING PRINCIPLE

We have developed the Parason Disc Filter with focus on three key issues:
Mechanical Strengths | Deaera on | Reduced ETP load
Applica on: Thickening and Fibre recovery

Principle Operation
The pulp mat starts to form under gravity,
ensuring op mum dewatering characteris cs
As the filtrate channel passes a bridge in
the filtrate valve, the filtrate is diverted to
the clear filtrate outlet which is connected
to the barometric leg. For fibre recovery,
the filtrate is diverted to clear filtrate and
super clear filtrate outlet

The line of sectors emerging from the

suspension is drained and the pulp
mat is dewatered
A bridge in the valve shuts off the
channel from vacuum
Water or air jets strip the pulp mat from
the sectors on the rising side of the discs
The filter cloth is cleaned by oscilla ng showers

Purpose To remove printing inks, stickies

Process Ink is detached from fibres
Flotation Technology High efficiency, high yield
of fibers, simple handling, max operating reliability

The Parason Deinking cell consists of a number of cells in series with an elliptical crosssection with a baffle extending
over the entire length to separated suspension chamber. Air (at the atmosphere pressure) and pulp stock to be de
inked is introduced into the cell chamber through specially designed injector nozzle. Flowthrough nozzles generate a
negative pressure that sucks in the necessary process and generates microturbulence resulting in widely ranging
bubble sizes enabling efficient removal of an equally wide range of particle sizes.

This enhances brightness to a high degree and reduces dirt, specks, and stickies efficiently. The injectors optimize the
quantity of the air injected and the size of the bubbles generated.
The pulp stock free from ink is pumped from the bottom of one cell to the next cell. The ink laden foam overflows to
the foam chamber with the help of a motorized paddle.
DEINKING SYSTEMS

Pulp + Deinking
Flotation process is operated in a continuous mode Chemical

and helps to remove ink particles efficiently. Since

the cells are interconnected by opening only, a level
control system is required for the entire flotation Air Intake Air
machine.
The primary flotation stage ensures the highest
possible stock purity and the secondary stage
optimized flotation ensures the fibre recovery to
maximize the yield without any loss of brightness
and cleanliness. A Deaerator cyclone removes air Bubble
from the stock and usable fibre is recovered from
the foam.

FIBER RECOVERY SYSTEM

Parason presents its Fiber Recovery System designed specifically for whitegrade paper mills. This system offers
exceptional applications and features that enhance the deinking process and promote sustainable paper recycling.

Application and Features:

Efficient recovery of fibers in the deinking process using Parason's secondary deinking cells.
Ellip cal crosssec on and baffle design for effec ve separa on of contaminants.
Air and pulp stock create microturbulence to remove ink and impuri es through bubbles.
Inkladen foam goes to a separate chamber, while pulp is transferred to the next cell.
Op mized fiber recovery results in highquality recycled fiber with enhanced brightness and cleanliness.
Minimal fiber loss and efficient contaminant removal contribute to sustainable paper recycling.
