PREFACE

Kamote bite's is our product in the subject of Entrepreneurship, it has a delicious taste
that you can expect, because we can assure you that our product can fulfill your satisfaction
and expectations. Our product is made of Kamote with mixed of Condensed and Evaporated
milk, also Egg and Sesame seed, and then fry it until golden brown.

When you see our product it looks like bread that you can buy in any Bakery shop, but
that's not what you think of about our product "Kamote bites". Its crunchy outside and a little
bit creamy inside because of the smooth texture, And also we have a delicious and creamy
dippings which is everyone's favorite a chocolate dripp, the dippings is made of Cacao and
Milk. Kamote bites is good when you dipp it to our homemade chocolate sauce, all of our
classmate agree with that. We can give a free taste in some students of Colegio De Los
baños, and our product is not too sweet and perfect from Snacks if you have a snacking
habits. Also its Healthy for everyone even if its old or not young, Thats the Preface of our
product and its available now so if you want know what does it taste like, you can buy it and
try our delicious kamote bites.

BUSINESS BACKGROUND

Introduction

Kamote bites is made of Sweet Potato, There are many benefits that can be obtained from
sweet potatoes, just like having good digestion, Protect Vision, Boost Immunity, having a
healthy blood pressure level, and more. Sweet potatoes are a healthy root vegetable chock full
of antioxidants that protect your cells from damage. Plus, the nutrients in sweet potatoes are
excellent for your gut, eyes, immune system, and more.

We made this product to know whether it suits the taste of the students of CDLB , We also
want them to know the sweet potato not because of its sweetness and taste but because of the
benefits that people can get from it. And for them to know that other products can be made
using sweet potatoes. CDLB student's may also like the product that we made because of it's
tatse and dippings.

Our business is relevant in trend these days because Sweet potato is considered as one of the
important crops in the Philippines. but we make sweet potato as a food product thats why the
kamote bites formed. We can compare it to unique products that may or may not succeed, in
the future

Business Description

Kamote bites are made with condensed milk, baking powder, eggs, sugar, and sesame
seeds. After it was cooked it tasted like a bread that so called "binangkol". We can introduce
our product by posting on social media plot form and we'll also do a free taste to find out if it
will hit the taste of our future consumer, also our product can introduce to other people by
giving flyers to so that they know where our location is.

Kamote bites vision is to have a good and satisfying quality so that people can recognize our
product not because of its name but because of its taste, we want other people discover how
good quality our product is, we want them to feel in their tongue how or what does it taste

like when they have eaten it, also we want to know what the feedback will be to the person if
it is good or lacking in taste and we will accept it so that we can improve the quality of our
product even more.

Our Mission is to provide the highest quality of food with great service in a clean,
safe and comfortable environment for every customer. And also part of our mission is to earn
more money to keep improving our product so that our product can grow and that may help
out community.

We promise to give you the customer a satisfaction that they want, when it comes to our
product, we will do it on a safe, clean and good proper procedures. We can promise our
future consumer to have a safe snacks.

share of this market.Sweet potatoes are recognized for their high fiber, vitamins, and
minerals, making them an attractive choice for health-conscious consumer. And our target
market includes health-conscious individuals, millennials, snack enthusiasts looking for
healthier alternatives,vegans and those with dietary restrictions seeking gluten free or non
GMO snaks.

1.Price strategy
•First, we will sell our product at a reasonable price so that customers will not complain about the price
because if we start with a high price it may cause a loss in business, but once it is sold and customers like it
we can raise its price so that we can recover our profit and gradually grow our business.Better to be in a

wide area or many people place of business so that more people will buy and be encouraged to the product
we made.

2.Place strategy
•Define targets, in this method we can determine the age or gender of our future customers who want to
buy our product. Whether they are women or men or whether they are young or old. It is better to find out
first what place will more people want to buy the product we sell.Here we can measure how many
customers we can cover who want to buy our products.

3.Product strategy
•Giving a free taste, In this method here we will know if our future customers will like the taste of our
product made or not.Through this we will be aware or ready in case they like it or not so that we will know
if there are many people who want to buy our product.

4.Promotional strategy
•Budget, one of the most important considerations in any promotional strategy is how much a business
can spend on promotion.
•Sales talk, with the help of this, customers can be attracted or more customers can be encouraged by
mentioning the details of our product. By using words that attract people's ears or proper
communication.And also by using technology we can encourage customers on social media to sell our
product by posting it or chatting with people we know.The commercial can also be shared on social media
so that they can be more attracted to it.

The Product and Its Description

Kamote Bites will produce and distribute sweet potato snacks that are thinly shape carefully,
deep-fried until golden brown,resulting a satisfying snack. Our product contain no added

flavors, preservatives, or artificial ingredients, allowing the natural sweetness flavor of sweet
potatoes to shine through.

The production process will prioritize quality and hygiene standards.Each bite offers a
wholesome and nutritious snack option for consumers seeking healthier alternatives to
traditional snacks.

BUSINESS OPERATIONAL PLAN

Operating Procedures

1.Wash and Boil:Begin by cleaning the sweet potato and boiling it for 20 minutes to ensure
it's fully cooked.

2. Cool and Peel: Allow the boiled sweet potato to cool before peeling, ensuring easier
handling.

3. Smash:Mash the boiled sweet potato to create a smooth consistency.

4. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix the mashed sweet potato with 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of
condensed milk, 1/2 cup of cornstarch, and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.

5. Shape and Add Sesame Seeds:Form the mixture into a circle and garnish with sesame
seeds.

6. Deep Fry:Using a pan, heat oil and deep-fry the shaped mixture until golden brown. Use a
spatula and tongs for handling.

7. Cool and Package: Once the product is golden brown, remove it from the oil, let it cool,
and then place it in a plastic bag for the final product.
