5. After inserting crankshaft into crankcase, set piston ring in
cylinder and join the engraved No. on large end (with met-
al) and set them with clamp bolts for connecting rod.
¡ Apply sufficient lubricating oil (ICEMATIC SW46) to large
end metal and crankshaft pin.

Repairing standards
1) There are two repairing standards for compressors; i.e. one is clearance standards and the other replacement standards for each
part. Each compressor should satisfy these standards.
1-1) Replace such parts which exceeded relacement standards in overhaul period and such parts which will exceed replacement
standard by next overhaul period.
1-2) Replace one of pairs whose clearance exceeded clearance standards in overhaul period and one of pairs whose clearance
will exceed clearance standards by next overhaul period.
For examples, piston pin and connecting rod and crank pin and crank pin metal, etc.
2) Replacement standards show critical values of wear according to which replacement of parts should be made. It is desirable to
replace such parts whose wear will become critical by next overhaul.

the pipe fixing plate.

Note: The valve seat ass'y, valve seat ass'y packing, cylinder head cover, and piston shown above have been changed for quality improvement and, further, an "oil injection pipe kit with union joints No.13, 42 and piping fixture
No.14" has been added. If any of these four parts becomes defective, replace all of them (including the oil injection pipe kit) by the set. (Except when the compressor has been already replaced with the said improved parts.
If the compressor has been already replaced with the improved parts, the oil injection pipe is mounted to the cylinder head cover.)
Furthermore, the number of the set bolts for the cylinder head cover (No.15 and 16) has been changed. Pay attention to order the parts mentioned above. (The number of M8 × 75 has been changed from 7 to 16 and that of
M8 × 70 11 to 2)
注: 上記、弁座組立品、弁座組立品パッキン、気筒上蓋、ピストンの4部品は品質改善の為変更され、さらにオイルインジェクション配管キット(接手No.13, 42及び配管固定具No.14)が追加されています。上記4点の部品
が内一品でも不具合の場合は上記部品(オイルインジェクション配管キットも含む)を一式セットで交換してください。(すでに圧縮機が変更された部品に交換されている場合を除く。圧縮機が変更された部品に変換さ
れている場合は気筒上蓋にオイルインジェクション配管が付いています)
なお、気筒上蓋取付ボルト(No.15, 16)の数が変更になっていますので、上記部品手配事ご注意下さい。(M8×75は7 to 16へ、M8×70は11 to 2へ変更)
