Manual Dosing Pot Calculation

Manual dosing pot is used for the periodical dosing of Micro biocide.

System Volume : 45 m³

Microbiocide Requirement : 0.1 kg/m3 of system volume

Capacity of Manual Dosing Pot Offered : 25 ltrs.

We have offered a 25 ltrs. Manual Dosing Pot. Proposed Dosing Pot is sufficient to dose one
full shock dosage of Microbiocide at a time.

Dosing Pump Calculation

Dosing pump is used for the dosing of corrosion inhibitor in the chilled water system which
is connected to the automatic dosing system controller. The dosage is done automatically
based on the conductivity measurement. Dosage is calculated based on an average system
loss of 2% per month.

 The selected / proposed pump can dose chemical at a pressure of 16 bars, which is
enough for the system.

ltrs. Dosing tank, which is more sufficient for more than twelve month chemicals
consumption.
