MOBILIZATION SCHEDULE

1.1 INTRODUCTION AND MOBILIZATION PLAN SCOPE

The mobilisation for Transportation mainly includes manpower, lorry tracks & equipment
permits. Medical and other temporary works among others. This is the preparation phase in
carrying out the project. The mobilisation team will include;
I. Project manager
The project manager will be in charge of the entire mobilisation team. He will issue
instructions and assign duties to the technical team members.
II. Technical team
The technical team will include: specialists in Logistics and Transport; who will be in charge
of all Transport and how they will be availed on various locations, compliance team; they will
take care of all permits that are needed from the authorities including transport compliance,
material procurement; they will make sure that all the necessary for the project are already
on site.
1.2 PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT MOBILIZATION
This will consist of the Transport management staff, Field supervisors and skilled drivers.
The key Personnel shall be available from the inception of the project to its completion
whereas the skilled and unskilled labour shall be available to the site depending on the
nature of the 'Works being undertaken on the Facilities, stores and warehouses.
Mobilisation will be completed within a month and will include transport Lorries, Cold-room
equipment etc.
